I brought my shoes in the store Feb 18 and paid upfront to have the heels and half sole replaced, with the agreement that they would be ready by no later than Mar 4. When I returned, the shoes were not touched because they were placed in the "wrong" pile and that the shoes would need an additional week to be finished. The attempts to work with this business was not satisfactory to me as a customer, and I was disappointed/upset that my shoes were here for two weeks, and my money tied up also, when I could have brought it to another business for repair. On top of that they did not even offer to stay late to address my shoes ASAP. I do not mind paying for a service with value, but this service returned zero value with zero customer service. I will not do business here again and will inform my colleagues to avoid this business.

Bakers Shoe Repair is the best. I took in a pair of my husbands dress shoes that were greatly in need of new soles and asked Ronnie Baker if he could possibly have them finished in about a week for my husband to wear to an event. He said he would try. Well, he finished them by the time they were needed and did an excellent job. The shoes looked like new! Thank you so much, Ronnie.

Had a rivet replaced. It was a good price and they did it quickly but the new rivet broke within a few weeks. Gonna try doing it myself this time.
