The reason that I put two starts because there were a nice shoes, but the customer service was so rude and Amy the manager she doesnt even smile , her way of greeting was so bad and when I found the shoes that I liked and the size I found there was a stitch fill a part and when I asked for either asking different store or discount she Denis that and she didnt even sell me the shoes!!! That was so bad customer services from Amy!! The cashier was nice behave w. Smile but the manager was bad... I do work as a manager and I know all this kind of discount and customer service!!! But she was so rude.... So bad experience

Ive never come out of this store with fewer than 3 pairs of new shoes. Their clearance room in the back is ridiculous. Its like practically free shoes. 80% off? Thats nuts. How are you NOT gonna buy 7 pairs of shoes?!? Dont go to happy hour at Tysons with your friend, and then suggest that you stop at DSW on the way home, because the new Fall boots are probably in. Because you are a little drunk, you will end up with very impractical heels. Or, be the designated driver. Then, youll probably end up okay. Anyway, good shoes, lots of shoes, great prices. Excellent!

If you want discounted shoes that arent this years model- this is the best store. This aint footlocker or Macys- discounted shoes only. So why people complain about service is beyond me.
