This store sells some very comfortable and stylish shoes, including ones made by SAS (San Antonio Shoes). Stocking may be an issue at times, however. In the past, I bought a very nice pair of shoes from this store without incident, when a staff-lady was on duty. At that time, I received very polite and professional service. This experience will change if an older man--who appears to be the owner--is the one on duty. If you are a woman, you can expect him to refer to all members of your gender as "girls" repeatedly and to hear very generalized statements about what he thinks "girls" want in shoes. His treatment of female customers can be described as, at best, notably condescending. I have had a much better experience at the SAS Store on Rt. 50, and will never be shopping at Shoes 4 Comfort again. SAS keeps a good stock and many sizes are immediately available to customers. The staff are highly professional and respectful to women. Interestingly, I have since learned that I am not exactly the first woman to have had an uncomfortable experience with Shoes 4 Comfort. Shoes 4 Comfort is located in an area where its female customers may include CEOs, doctors, lawyers, and judges. Fortunately, alternatives to this store likewise exist in the area.

This is a great shoe store and I will be back again. I had purchased a pair of shoes on sale ($70 cheaper than anywhere else I had seen!) .Since I had already tried the shoes on at a department store, I only tried them on quickly before purchasing the shoes. Unfortunately, they were larger than what I had needed and I knew that all sale shoes were a final sale. I went back and asked the salesman if I could at least exchange the shoes for a smaller size. He said yes, and I was very grateful for not getting stuck with an expensive pair of shoes that didnt fit. Im a very happy first time customer!

Also if you visit the store during the store managers hours, she goes beyond the call of duty to make certain you are happy, satisfied and able to get what you need. Shoes 4 Comfort located in courthouse plaza of city Fairfax is an excellent store with great variety shoes and the quality is top notch. Branded shoes are at really reasonable prices and store manager really treats well. Must checkout place if you want to add many shoes in your wardrobe.

Shoes 4 Comfort is the very best place to buy shoes that make your feet happy. This store carries stylish shoes that have great support. I have problem feet and found this to be the best store in the area for shoes that look great and make my feet happy.
