Excellent store. Funny, knowledgeable staff. Very good boots, even though a bit pricey. Had to have steel toe, electrical safe work boots and went here based on recommendations from colleagues. Very glad that I did. The high-tech foot measuring device was cool, and this is the first place i have ever seen that has every size to fit every foot... not just B, D, M, W or E but I recollect seeing A, 2A, N, C, M, 2E, EEE, W, WW and a bunch more too. Really like the free monthly cleaning & oiling, and free string replacement (have not needed that yet). Good product and very customer friendly, knowledgeable people there.

Rarely do I give 5 stars. The service and professionalism of all staff is what you would expect from a high end retailer. This was my first pair and I could not believe how comfortable they were. I was just wearing sneakers! They will also provide lifetime services. Don helped me out and he is the man.

Terrible customer service, we had to walk out, they have the product in store but the staff is so terrible and dont want to help, all the lady cared about was to sell the shoe and make sales.
