This store has many types of comfortable and cute shoes. The staff will work with you and your shoes, that you bring-in or buy, using their orthotics in your shoes/boots, until you have a good fit. They did this for my hiking boots before hiking Iceland. My feet stayed happy! Great service! They have offered and ordered shoes in the right fit and colors from other stores for me several times.

Manager/owner Penny visibly angry I requested to return a pair of shoes that were a new item to the store. The fit of the shoe was inferior due to its fabric and construction.

I was here about 2~3 years ago. As far as i remember, staffs are very kind. This is place you buy birkenstock sandals!!!
