The best exchange experience Ive ever had from any retailer. I received a pair of Vans for Christmas that were a size too small. They didnt have my size in stock. She ordered my size off the DSW online store and is delivering them to my house at no extra cost. I didnt even have a receipt. Very impressed.

Very disappointed that there are no kids shoes at this location. My family drove to Westminster just to get wedding shoes for our daughter.
