This DSW location is great! The selection is huge and the store layout is easy to navigate. There is also always store staff to help you find shoes or other sizes. The store is neat because the staff is readily putting shoes back, which also makes is easier to find your size. They also have a great selection for Men and children. The purses at DSW are always to die for and they have a good selection and even better prices. This is the go to DSW location for the DC area, especially if you want a large selection to choose from.

One of the better DSW stores. Like the location (Chipotle, Flippin Pizza, and Not Your Average Joes are right around the corner and great for eating) and fairly good selection. They rearranged their merchandise in 2016 to better orient towards the women that frequent the store, so my wife thinks it is much easier to discover her next find. Will be coming back repeatedly as they continue to get better, on top of an already-good DSW.

My family had a pretty nice time shopping here. Everything is pretty organized in terms of sizes and models, most shoe stores are always a mess in this terms. Staff was quite attentive when it came to helping us choose some sport and casual wear models, which was nice to have a second opinion. I recommend this place to anyone looking for some good looking shoes.

The shoes I purchased were a bit too tight. I took them back to try to find the bigger size. It was not available in the store so not only did they find them online for me, but they are having them shipped to my house. I even got a greater discount. I am always very pleased at the service and selections when I shop at DSW.

I ordered a pair of shoes online and they didnt fit. I went to this location to return or exchange. Gladys helped me find the right size, was very polite and helpful. The whole affair took no more than 10 minutes. Very satisfied. A lot of cute shoes available in regular and W sizes. Super cheap too.

TWO FLOORS OF SHOES!! whats better than that. They can be busy depending on the time of day, so make sure to check before you head there if you can. If you like funky patterned socks, this is the store for you!!

I had an issue with a defective pair of wedges and the cashier allowed me to get a store credit even though it was past the return policy. Staff is lovely and they always have great customer service!

Spent three hours in the store trying to find a replacement fro my everyday sandals - every single style I liked didnt have my size in stock. (I am size 9.) What a waste of time and effort!

This store sucks. They shoes that I would like to buy, but they are never stocked in my size. I can wear 11.5 or 12. They always have plenty of 9s, 10s and 13s, but never my size.
