Ayer llegue con una amiga y sus hijo,pues desde que llegamos andabamos buscando unos zapatos y luego se acercó una muchacha morenita y nosotros como miramos que ella estaba en caja nos dirigimos hacía ella para preguntarle si tenia el número que necesitamos y ella nos ignoraba ,Es más desde de que llegamos ella hizo un mal gesto con su cara se sintió ofendida con nuestra presencia,y pue al ver su actitud nosotros decidimos ya no preguntar de lo que necesitábamos y creó que ustedes para eso es que tienen a esas personas para servir al Cliente, para ayudarlo,y la verdad si van a contratar personal por favor traten que tengan buena actitud,que tenga buen trato hacia los Cliente,Que sea Personal calificado y también deberían de asegurarse que la persona no sea Racista,por favor mejor pierdan un empleado y no clientes ! Espero esto les ayudé a mejor con la calidad de los empleados.

The assistant manager, Christine, was very rude to me and my family. She mistreated us because my toddler son dropped a shoe on the floor. After we picked up the shoe and placed it back on the shelf, she came to us and started to mistreat us. I dont know why such a person with such a poor customer service is put in this place! She was not even interested for us to buy a shoe there because she was right in front of us arguing with us. We left the store because we were very disappointed and we bought a shoe from footlocker! We are never going back to rack room and would not recommend it to anyone.

today I had my first purchase with Rack room shoes and probably last time . I ask a simple question from that lady she works over there ( Maliama )about offer they have today and she answer me very rude and took the shoes back and told me if you dont want the deal return it , I shocked how come she spoke with me As customer service like that . I could find item I looking for at this location but for sure I dont want go back again . when I look at reviews now I found Im not only one have problem with same lady
