When I went I was immediately greeted by a staff member. It looked like only one person was working at the time which wasnt an issue since I was the only person in the store. I answered a few questions about the running shoes I currently wear. The staff member brought out 3 pairs of shoes for me and explained the differences in each and the brand. They have a treadmill to test out the shoes so I did. I purchased 1 pair and was in and out in about 15 minutes. The only annoying thing was that I didnt see prices on any of the items in the store. The staff member also did not ask me what price range I wanted to stay in for the shoes. When I eventually asked about cost, I was told that all 3 of the pairs brought out were the same price. I didnt like this because if that price was out of my budget I would have to ask her to bring me out an entirely new set of shoes to try on. I probably would have shopped around more in the store if I could see the prices of items there and not have to keep asking the staff how much it was or be surprised at checkout.

I came here for a gait analysis and bought some Brooks a month ago. The lady was verysweet, helpful an knowledgable. She was patient and gave me many options to try on from Brooks, Nike, Adidas and New Balance. I will be back to get another pair and will be recommending this place to all my friends and family.

1st time for me to get fitted for running shoes. loved that i got to see how my running stride looks like. Andrew explained everything to me and gave me several options of shoes to choose from. hes friendly and knowlegeable. im glad i checked out the place. i will diffenitely go back :)

Very knowledgeable and helpful crew. No strong-arming customers to pick the most expensive shoe. They will help you out no matter what clothing you are wearing (comment below is out of line and incorrect).
