I love buying running shoes and Finish line had sales, so I went in there about to buy 3 pairs ! First of all I had to wait for someone to help me for at least 20 min, both girls looked at me like I was confused! Also comes to find out one of them Milagro is manager !!! As one of them brought out my shoes , she never asked me if they fit right ! I need it another size this was way too big!!! She walked by me like I wasnt there, so I was like never mind !! It was just bad servers !! Both of them looks like they hate working there ! There was no how are u! Or can I help you! Even when I asked who is the manager ! Milagro said it was her ! She didnt even say why am I asking or how can I help you. Soo rude will never go there again!! Rather spend my money somewhere else

I had a great experience at Finish Line here at Montgomery mall. They used to have a beautiful chocolate man, Andrew I believe, he was wonderful. Now theres this short little indian girl. I love getting Brooks from her. My feet dont hurt no more. I would have never found the Brooks without her! She has a nice booty too. Just something extra. But forreal doe this is the place to get shoes with great customer care!
