Agree with last post. Nice shoes. But they usually have one person trying to take care of 7 or 8 people at a time. You wait and wait and wait. And then get horrible service. Nasty and rude after waiting for 20 minutes! Find another Walking Company store and spare yourself the aggravation. Would give them zero stars if I could.

I went to The Walking Company yesterday 3/30/2017. The service was outstanding. I have a very difficult time finding shoes and tried on probably 30 pairs without ending up buying any. Both of the salespeople were friendly, polite, and very helpful.

Friday evening, the sales associate working the floor was very informative and polite. I didnt feel pressured into purchasing the shoes, he let me take my time, and I had a generally pleasent experience.
