I like the extra attention given to make sure the customer is leaning towards or at the least,will be maintaining optimum health. I once had a problem with plantar faphaceitis, and the customer service rep taped my foot before fitting me into the shoe that would better improve my overall health. Its been a few months now, and Im practically pain free! I keep coming back to renew my sneakers at Feet Fleet, Gaithersburg, because I want to stay that way. I have recommended this store to my friends and colleagues who may be experiencing foot issues. Thanks Feet Fleet for all you do to keep us healthy, and feeling special!

Their customer service is extrodinary, everyone was very kind and patient, even dealt with my naivety on sneakers. THIS STORE IS A 10 STAR HOTEL FOR YOUR FEET!!!. I am an active person so I wear my sneakers out easily in 6 months, however; this pair I purchased, lasted an entire year. I am going back for a new pair. They pay special attention to how you walk, the size of your feet, arch support, cushioning, etc etc the price is a little expensive but I believe its totally worth it. I will now and forever be a Fleet Feet Sports Customer for sneakers. Love you!!!!!!!!!

Kanayo was tremendously helpful. I dont think Ive ever encountered a sales associate at a shoe store with so much knowledge and experience with his product. Ive been to other shoe stores that were good at selling shoes, but who knew just about nothing about feet. I appreciated Kanayos honesty and articulateness, and I am very satisfied with my purchase. I will definitely be shopping at Fleet Feet when Im ready for my next pair of shoes and orthodics.

Ridiculously good service, and not just for the typical shoe sizing... A few months ago, I had terrible plantar fasciitis... before going to my doctor, I went to Fleet Feet and asked if they had any thoughts. Kanayo gave me a compression sock and shoe inserts and I went from barely being able to walk to feeling pretty decent overnight. The owners are great people and hire fantastic staff. I wouldnt go anywhere else for my athletic shoes.

This is the type of local business that you feel proud to support. They host a tone of events and fund raisers for the local community. I do their weekly fun runs on Thursdays. It also helps that they often have some really good discounts and sales on items, especially as the seasons change. I could get my shoes for slightly cheaper online, but I prefer to buy from Fleet Feet to support a GREAT local business and local jobs.

The staff didnt just try to sell me what I was looking for but actually was interested in why I was purchasing my items. Then they attempted to assist me with my fitness goals. Unfortunately, the training programs do not fit with my current life situation but it is something that I do want to get involved in in the future. The fact that the company is locally owned makes their interest in my world all the better.

I appreciate that your team members are always ready to greet and assist customers when they walk through the door. I have never been in the store when it has been crowded, but I would imagine that the next available member would be willing and able to assist me. I also appreciate the knowledge and training that is made available while shopping and when participating in their running programs/activities.

Went here before a race on a friends recommendation and they taped up the muscle that was bothering me for free. I didnt need to buy anything. It helped a lot the next day. I ended up going back a couple months later to buy new shoes and the person that helped me out was very friendly and seemed to know what he was talking about.

Its rare for a store to really know what athletic shoe lends itself to what activity. Being new to crossfit, I had an idea of what I was looking for but the comparison of available styles and fit made me feel like I was getting true value for my money, not just a shot in the dark based on an online review.

great place to buy shoes that fit you well not necessarily that follow the latest flashy new styles. Sales people can advise you and are not pushy; they seem more like partnering with you to find best fit for you than trying to sell you the most expensive shoes.
