My experience was the worst. The employee who assisted me and my fiancé looked at us from head to toe as we walked in the store. He was an older caucasian man. He helped us choose the size and got upset when we didnt buy what he suggested. He made us buy a size that was half size larger and didnt want to let my fiancé try on his original size. We ended up buying what he suggested and later on went to return the shoes because we felt it wasnt the best option. When we went to return shoes he was upset that we were returning the shoes and just starred at us like if its a crime to return shoes. I didnt appreciate the way we were treated and Im never going back to the Germantown location again.

Bought a nice pair of Blacksmiths that were a half size to big. Took the shoes back in and the clerk, Kevin, couldnt have been more friendly or helpful. He was extremely knowledgeable about shoe fit and got me in the right boots. Ive never had better customer service in a shoe shop.

Im not sure if they seemed busier than they looked but my wife and I received no customer service. As a matter of fact we were ignored. Well go to a competitor and see if it will be different there!!
