Nice store, well appointed and feels like a specialty store. You pay a premium for these boots and the in-store experience has a premium feel. Dont go in here if you are in a hurry. I went in on a weekday and there was one person working and one person getting fitted. The salesman and shopper were in no rush so I had to wait about 10 minutes for him to finish with that customer before sizing me. I finally got sized and picked out the boots I wanted. Unfortunately the ones I decided on were not in stock. No big deal said the salesman, I can have them shipped from another store and they will be here in two days. I called back three days later, boots still had not arrived. Called a week later with the same answer. Then again two weeks later and was informed that they were on backorder from the manufacturer but a nearby store had them. This time they offered to ship them direct to my home. I gave the salesman my info and was promised a tracking number that I still have not received. It is now three weeks I have been waiting for my boots and I have no idea what the status is. My patience has run out. I will now be contacting Redwing corporate . My company has a deal with Red wing that gets me a sizable discount on boots. If it were not for this discount I would cancel my order.

i was really impressed by the sales clerks knowledge and guidance in helping me make a decision on a pair of boots. the store was not busy and he was the only one working. i had already done some research about these boots, but was still unsure. the store offers free shoe laces and oiling service for your investment. also they have a boot stretcher if you cant break in your boots on your own. they definitely were not cheap, but they service you get with them after your purchase makes up for the price you pay. also american made, which i am becoming a big fan of.
