5/18/17 I first noticed the store 2 weeks ago on the way home. I was so surprised that there was a redwing store here in Manassas out of all places! Coincidentally I was in dire need of boots. After a long day of work I headed there with hopes of purchasing some nice red wings. What I got was more than just a nice, expensive, and great quality boot. The customer service was outstanding! No hassle pulled out and put away half the shoes on the shelf for me! I am really picky when the price goes up, so I appreciate the level of customer service, great attitude, willingness, and helpfulness of the employees.

Very small selection which is understandable for a smaller store. Womens section is a very small section which does not include loggers of any kind which is depressing because theyre a ton for men. I ordered square steel toed boots in a size they didnt have so I ordered them from the manassas location. They said they would be here on the 6th. I called on the 6th and they said they will be here Friday or Saturday. Saturday rolls around and Im told they wont be in until Monday or Tuesday. For the amount of money you spend shipping shouldnt be an issue very upsetting.

Hands down the best experience ive ever had buying boots! Ive been buying the same 8690 red wing for years love that boot. My man jeff huber didnt have it in house but was quick to have it ordered no hassel and did it without trying to jam a bunch of product down my throat like evertwhere else. Seriously if your a fan of red wing live close do yourself a favor... Go see jeff.
