I went in to New Balance today during my break at lunch and was really impressed by the staff. Bobby, who was both knowledgeable and helpful assisted me in finding the right pair of shoes. He had me grab my current shoes out of my car so he could see what Ive been running in, and checked my run pattern to find me a pair of shoes to meet my needs. He made some recommendations for me, and advised me based on my running goals. He even offered for me to run on the stores treadmill with them to try them out. Cant wait to run in these shoes this evening.

Not good customer service. I know retail and I know customer service What these guys did today was no where close. I walked in and was not greeted. All I heard was one of the two guys giving a lady grief about returning a pair of shoes. My most disliked phrase in retail is "the policy is" such and such. I wanted to spend money but no one asked me if I needed any help until I walked out the door. That is not a good thing to do. I wear NB and I love the shoes. I just wont buy them here.

Good selection here. Prompt and friendly service. I had done my research ahead of time and knew what I wanted. Id say they were knowledgeable but they basically stepped aside and let me buy what I wanted. Honestly, I would have liked to have felt more validated that I was making the right purchase, since I wasnt entirely sure if I was buying the right thing for me.

purchased a pair from another store that didnt fit well. the staff was most helpful to return first pair, suggest shoes that might fit better and helped me try on multiple shoes/sizes. from smiling to measuring-this store was awesome!
