If the Shoe Fits is a true treasure to the local running community. Not only are the staff members extremely knowledgeable and friendly, but they are willing to go out of their way to answer your questions and offer their insight so you can feel 100% comfortable about making your purchase. When my favorite running shoe changed its cut and I couldnt wear it anymore, they let me return my barely-used shoe and helped me select a new one that has kept me injury-free for years. When I wanted a Garmin accessory that they didnt have in stock, they special ordered it for me. When I wanted to purchase a trail shoe, they took the time to explain the differences between trail shoes and helped me find the one that is right for me. Highly recommend this store for both the new and the seasoned runner!

I will be the first to admit that I am NOT a runner. I went to If The Shoe Fits at the recommendation of several friends. I explained to the staff the while if do not run I stand almost all day long on a concrete floor and have knee and back issues as a result. Even though I dont run I was not treated any with less respect. They annualized my foot, my gate, and structure. They then selected the best shoe for my application. I can say that this change in footwear dramatically improved my daily comfort. I have purchased the same shoe from this shop many times now. I had one issue with the sole of the shoe pealing away from the padding. I returned to their store and they instantly replaced the shoe with no hassle. I am a life long customer!

This store is a great place to purchase a shoe that is tailored to your foot and the way you run. John did an excellent job showing me how i was running on the treadmill. He also was quick and confident with answering all my questions. Prices are comparable to online stores and they offer a military discount! They carry alot of quality name brand shoes. Im shocked at how well these shoes perform, most likely reducing the likeliness of injury which pays for itself. Few words of advice wear your running type apparel, socks , etcc so you have a even more accurate feel for the shoes that they have you try on. Hope you find the right pair good luck!!

Explained to the person that I do not run; I am working out and need shoes with good arch support. The sales person talked me into buying shoes a size too big; once I got my orthotics and put them in the shoe I realized that the arch is too far forward for my feet. I will not do business here again. They need to realize that if you say youre not going to run that you dont need a shoe that is a size larger than your foot.

Go into this store with an open mind and become a better runner or walker all around. Great customer service and top notch sales staff. I moved 2 hours away from this place and still buy 90% of my shoes here. The comment below is not true either. You can buy shoes at half price somewhere else if theyre a closeout shoe or outdated version. New models cannot be found at half price elsewhere..

the women customer service are awesome. Too bad the whole concept is a joke. over $100 for a pair of sneakers that you can get for half the price any where else. The shoes arent even that comfortable. And they dont even give money back if you are unsatisfied, credit only, so you have to suffer with another pair for over $100. Feels like any other hard sneaker.

The guys at Charm City were awesome. I went to an event they were at and they analyzed my feet and made a shoe recommendation. While I was there I saw folks trying on shoes, running outside in them, and running on their treadmill in store. These guys know what they are doing!!

It was a good experience! The staff is very knowledgeable and they have quality products. I was assessed, measured and fitted. If Im not satisfied I can take the sneakers back and try again. The sneakers I chose have terrific support and are very comfortable.

This is a great local shoe store. The employees are very helpful and knowledgeable about the various products. They even have a tread mill to see the gait of a person. Over all a great expierence and I will shop there again!
