Its definitely a warehouse. Everything is do-it-yourself, and when people dont put their own selections back after trying on a pair, theres nobody else to do it either. Kinda bugs me that there are signs everywhere encouraging you to ask an associate if you dont see your size--but there are not associates to be found except at the cash wrap. Prices dont really seem worth it for the lack of conveniences.

This is a great place for shoes! They have it all! I always make my way back to the abundant clearance items first and if I dont find what I want I wonder out to the regular priced selection. The staff are friendly and helpful. This store is handicap accessible. Offers a large, clean restroom in the back of the store. Water fountains as well.

I bought some shoes here today and absolutely loved this store! It is huge and has just about anything you can think of dealing with shoes. They were super clean and neat and had a great clearance section as well! Street parking in the front is hard to come by, but there is plenty of parking in the back!
