Not an awesome bike shop. The owner is only there for a few hours and not every day. Which would be fine if those hours varied so working people could stop by to see him in person; or if he would empower his employees to make decisions and make a deal to purchase a bike. Not cool when you are told two times in a row that the only the boss can do that but hes not around, cant be called. And he never returned my message. I was lied to about trade in value if I bought there and traded in there. Over the last 10-12 years Ive bought 6-7 bikes there. Not sure what happened but Im headed elsewhere from now on

I do not understand the couple of negative reviews here. This store and its owner are awesome. Knowledgeable and friendly. Never condescending like some sprocket heads. Weve bought bikes here fore 20 years and only go elsewhere if SCAT doesnt carry what we need. Would go anywhere else.

I walked in not knowing a whole lot about street bike but the representative took 45 minutes and explained everything to me. I had a great experience and look forward to purchasing my first street bike from them. GREAT SERVICE!!!
