DRIVE AWAY FAST! DON’T BUY ANYTHING FROM YOUR KAR COMPANY. These people are cons, frauds and liars. You cannot trust Anthony, Doc or Brooks. I purchased a car from here on April 15, 2016. The engine light came on, on April 23, 2016. I notified Anthony and took the car back there for repair. They claimed that the engine light was not on when I took the car back to them for repair. The engine light was on and Anthony was well aware when the car was dropped off. The repair shop said that it was an evap leak or that the gas cap was not on correctly. I should not have any more problems out of it. Wouldn’t you know it on May 8, 2016 the engine light came back on again. I called and notified Anthony again that the engine light was on. Anthony was out sick that day, I spoke with Doc who was very rude and smart and hung up on me. I called back and asked for the owner, the man who answered the phone told me that he could not give me the owners name or number. He did ask what I needed. I told him, he told me that just because the engine light came on does not mean that something is wrong with the car. He said that I was calling about a “petty engine light”. My husband called and spoke to Anthony about this situation. My husband told Anthony that he would drop the car back off at the shop in Norfolk, however he did not want any of the immature boys there handing this car again. Anthony told my husband that he could take the car to a local shop. Which we did, Anthony was updated regarding prior to any repairs and work being done. I paid for the diagnostic tests without being reimbursed as I said I would be by Anthony. I notified Anthony regarding the repair work, he spoke to the auto shop himself. The other auto shop has repaired the car, now Anthony, Doc and Brooks are refusing to cover the repair bill. The engine light had come on 2 times within a 2 week period. I even purchased the extended warranty. Of course they all claim that the extended warranty does not cover this issue. I spoke with Anthony and Doc today, who both were very rude as usual. They are still refusing to pay for the repair bill. Mind you that I have not even made my first car payment on this car, and already it has been in the shop twice for service surrounding the engine light. A friend of mine purchased a car from them last month also. Her car broke down on the interstate 1 day after she purchased her car. Less than 24 hrs later the car shut down on the interstate and drifted to the side of the road. This could have been a major disaster. YOUR KAR COMPANY are liars, and frauds. They need to be on channel 12 news and investigated. These cars are lemons, and are no good. They may have nice bodies, but under the hood these cars are damaged and are being fixed just enough for you to drive off their parking lot. My Carfax report was incorrect also. I paid for the full report, and this vehicle had 2 additional owners than what they had originally given me. DON’T SAY YOU HAVE NOT BEEN WARNED ABOUT YOUR KAR COMPANY. DON’T LOOK AT THEIR CARS, DON’T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE FRAUDS. YOU LIKE MYSELF WILL REGRET IT. Anthony also lied about my 2 referral checks. Told me they were mailed out 2 Fridays ago, today when I asked he said they would be mailed out next week. YOU CANNOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE AT ALL. Don’t make the same mistake I made, I am taking this matter further. All I wanted was for them to pay for the repair bill as they should have. YOUR KAY COMPANY would rather lose and entire contract rather than pay for a repair bill. Before Your Kar says that I am being a complaining customer like they have said about other reviews. I have been very patient and honest. After reading the reviews I fully understand that this is a pattern of lying and defrauding the customers. These cars should not be breaking down and having the engine lights coming on after 1 or 2 weeks of the purchase. Your Kar Company are scammers, con artists and frauds. I would not recommend a dog to go here. they are very disrespectful whenever you have to call about an issue.

First time buying a vehicle online, and I am glad I decided to do business with Your Kar Company! I found the car I wanted listed on their website through Google. I live out of state, so I really did my homework before starting the buying process. Once ready, I called and asked if the vehicle was still availiable AND if they ship. It was! And they do! So I decided to moved forward with the purchase. And I must say, the entire process from begining to end, went extremly smooth! Easily the best car buying experience Ive had! My salesman, Trevino, was respectful, informative about the vehicles condition, and he answered all my questions about the car in detail. And he was with me throughout the whole process, start to finish. He never tried to sell me anything else other than the car that I wanted. And they were even paitent with me when my credit unions computers went down for a day! Communication was great throughtout, and I never felt left in the dark or out of the loop. Once my loan was approved, the process went very fast! It was just a matter of sighing the paperwork and overnighting it back. Heather, from the finance department helped me with this part. She was extremly helpful, polite, and proffessional. She made the paperwork streamlined and simple. And she was there to answer any questions that I had, that really put my mind at ease. Once the check cleared, they had my car loaded up and shipped my way. It actually arrived a day early, too! The car was just as described, delivered safe, and runs and drives great! They understood that I was taking all the risk buying a car on someones word, and they really went the extra mile to make sure everything was right. They really made me feel like a valued customer. Sometimes it helps to have faith in people! Thanks, Your Kar Company! Thanks again, Heather and Trevino! Outstanding job! Im one happy customer! Glad to be part of the Your Kar Company family!

NOTE: They do not consider me a customer although they all knew the car was being purchased for me, and I am the fiance of the owner of the car. I went through the ENTIRE process with my fiance and know exactly how fake each and every employee acts to your face until you walk out that door. --- This company is full of scam artists. They told us from the beginning that we were approved, drove away in the car that day. The next day we realized many things were wrong with the car, the passenger window would not stay up, the check engine light came on, the windshield wipers were broke, the power locks did not work, it leaked gas, one of the front headlights did not work, the ipod connection did not work, one of the heated seats did not work. Needless to say, we were highly unsatisfied. About 2 weeks after purchasing the car they claimed to need more proof of income (thought we were approved?) for the bank, and after giving them what they needed 3 times, and getting a cosigner, they show up in the middle of the night to recover the vehicle. No paperwork at all to show that we were declined. No paperwork to show they needed to recover the vehicle. Nothing stating that what they are saying is true. We have asked several times for proof of being declined and they claim not to need or have that paperwork. This company is doing things very, very wrong and they need to be stopped! Other reviews state they have done similar things, and do not process loans correctly. DO NOT recommend this to anyone! I will do my best to prove they are taking advantage of people and I do not believe I am the only one!
