Do yourself a favor and dont buy your next car from here! My complaint to the Attorney General Office and the Better Business Bureau: I bought this vehicle on 3/18/15, leaving the dealership lot around 7pm. My home is less than 5 miles away from the dealership and we went straight home. I work about 5 miles from home, and the next morning (3/19/15), the check engine light was already on. Ed in service was able to clear the code that afternoon and he asked me to keep an eye on it for a week to see if it came back on. It was back on the next afternoon. On 3/26/15, I brought the vehicle in again to fix this problem. Again, the code was cleared, I was told it was fixed, and was sent on my way. This happened 3 times. Finally on 4/17, they replaced the PCV hose on the intake. A week later, the light was on yet again. I made an appointment to bring the car in on 5/8/15, but on my way into work on 5/6/15, the transmission imploded on itself and I was left stranded on the side of the highway. They wanted me to not only pay for the tow but also the rental while they fixed the clearly faulty vehicle. After much complaining, Geoff in finance was able to talk to Noah, the general manager, and they agreed to pay for both the tow and the rental. After replacing the transmission, they informed me that there was a $50.00 deductible for this repair, which I was not happy about paying but paid. At this time they also replace the catalytic converter to "repair" the check engine light being on, and repaired the connect to the passenger side air bag. I received my car back in my possession on 5/8/15. At that time, I made a complaint with the service department that the car was idling rough and not running correctly but no attempt to fix this was ever made. On 6/8/15, while driving my daughter to day care before I had to go to work, the horn would go off every time I pressed on the brake and when I tried to lock the doors the alarm kept going off. I spoke with Ed in service, brought the vehicle to him, and he said they could not disconnect the horn for the day while I went to work because the horn and the brake lights run off the same fuse. At the end of my work day, I went back to the dealership and spoke with Tai. Noah came out at that time and reluctantly agreed to pay for a rental again. They diagnosed the problem as a bad BCM computer that needed to be replaced. I expressed to Noah at this time that I wanted to trade the vehicle in for something that did have as many issues. He refused. I got my car back on 6/16/15. On 8/1/15 the check engine light came on yet again. On 8/4/15, I called service and they hooked up the computer to tell me that it was an EVAP leak and the cause of it was my gas not being on tightly. I find this funny, seeing as I had driven the car 257 miles since the last time the gas cap was opened (I reset my odometer trip reading each time I fuel up). I told Tai that this was a poor excuse and asked to speak with Noah again. I again expressed my desire to replace this vehicle. He refuses, telling me there is nothing wrong with the vehicle and that the reason the light was on was because of my error. As soon as I pulled out of their lot, the check engine light was on again. I called both service and Noah again to let them know. At this point I refuse to let them look at my car again until some sort of agreement for replacing it is in place.

At the beginning I made a good review because I was told that if I made a review I was going to get a free inspection. When I take my car over I was called at 10am and they tell me that my car passed emission but not the other one because my rear springs were "broken." Now they tell me this will cost me $223.00. My response was DO NOT DO ANYTHING TO MY CAR I WILL GO GET IT AND TAKE IT TO MY MECHANIC. So when I take my car to my mechanic he shows me that my springs were NOT broken. Now what am I supposed to think? They just want to make me pay for the "free" inspection by telling me my springs were "broken." Now let back track about a year and a half when I first purchased my car. Three weeks of me having my car I had to have the motor replaced because the head gasket I believe was leaking something now mind you I asked them if anything was wrong with the car and they told me that it was in good condition. Then when I take my car to them to get the motor replaced the service guy tells me that he was wondering when it would happen since they already knew about this issue but did not inform me of it. Now thank God it had warranty because I did not have to pay a dime but I was without a car having to travel on city bus or taxi to my job because at the beginning of them fixing my car they did not want to give me a rental but I kept insisting and giving them a headache to give me a rental while my car was being worked on since this was not my fault. A couple days before my car was finished they decided to give me a rental after having to be without a car for almost two weeks. Now the real questions is; Do I recommend ticket to ride? HELL NO I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM THEY ARE THIEVES!!! My advice is look for reviews before purchasing something major like a car from a dealer, which is what I did not do and unfortunately I am paying for it the hard way.

**Update** After talking it to my mechanic (only had car 6 months) He pulled 5 codes and confirmed that the check engine light was "tampered with", meaning disconnected. Definitely check that first, they probably do it a-lot. I needed a intake manifold gasket, which threw most of the codes. The air filter was so clogged, like it was never changed since new. That car never should have left the lot with a filter like that. Thats basic mechanics, my mechanic checked it because thats what good ones do. Read on for previous problems. They will get you a car. Finance and sales staff helpful and respectful.Thats about the extent of my positive feed back. Be prepared to have 12 references. Its not like a normal dealership. You fill out paper work first. Then you find out youre approved. Then they go pick out cars for you. You dont walk around and look for what you want. The manager definitely does his best to unload the junk cars first, and thats what I got. I figured with low miles I was good. Wrong. Nothing but problems. I didnt notice until a couple weeks after purchase that the car was repainted, the trunk doesnt line up, probably from an accident. When it rains hard the back floor fills with water. The check engine light doesnt work.
