I recently purchased a 2004 Saturn Vue and dealt with Younes Elkasba, general manager. Younes was very friendly, not pushy and was willing to negotiate the price on the vehicle. After driving the vehicle for several days, the "check engine" light came on. The problem was determined to be a defective electronic control module. Even though the problem was not evident in the pre-purchase inspection, Younes willingly paid to have a new computer installed and drove the vehicle to and from his home for several days to ensure there were no other issues. My wife and I appreciate the way Younes went above and beyond what he was legally obligated to do and for his keeping his word throughout the sales and repair process. He was a true gentleman and I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking to purchase a used vehicle.

Good Fast Service. Negotiable on price. Allowed me to test drive the vehicle with no problems. Fixed one minor issue with the car for me. Friendly and fast service. They had the car available for me the next day, and negotiated on price, and fixed the one issue without making a hassle. Excellent to deal with. Not all cars are created equal, so make sure to test drive the car. If you know about cars this is a great place to shop. If not you may want someone to go with you, because you will want to know the car is in good condition. other than that I would reccomend dealing with this company if you know what youre looking for. I give them an A -

They take advantage of those that dont know cars much. They sell cars with RUST ON THE FRAME. Such that wont pass inspection in certain states and deemed unsafe. The mechanic is even worse, telling people inaccurate mechanical information. Costing me an additional $500 to get frame repaired. If you come here ask them to lift the car up for you to check for RUST.

i had a very nice time dealing with the people in there. i felt very comfortable and easy to deal with. i got what i was looking for the price i planed to pay . my 2002 dodge ram drive like a dream and i took it everywhere. i will buy a car for them again. and i will refer any one who doesnt like to be pushed around in the big dealerships.

They had the truck I was looking for at a reasonable price. Very laid back, I did not feel pressured to make a decision. The salesman was very informative and polite. The truck checked out and Ive had it for a month now. Really easy experience from start to finish. Would buy from them again.

Save your money and buy somewhere else. Bought a car and they never mailed the title as promised. Now I have big problems in my state. Reported to Virgina DMV. Customer Service Sucks. They were not willing to Negotiate any on price. Dont make the same mistake I did, youve been warned.

currently pursuing legal action against them for selling me a vehicle with known preexisting conditions. car nearly caught fire on the highway with my 8 month old son in the back. they may seem amicable and honest but the owner has been completely intractable. buyer beware
