Went in and test drove a 2008 Malibu.#1 It wouldnt start they had to jump it. #2 It ran out of gas up the street they had to come put gas in it. Even after both of those things happening I still was interested in the car than I drove the car to my house 10mins away so my fiance could see it when I got there I seen the car was leaking coolant. As I went to drive it back to the dealership it over heated. They told me to pull over I asked them to bring me my car and I was told I had to wait for the tow truck. After I finally got to my car and left the owner called and offered me to fill my tank. If you notice the back of their dealership is full of wrecked cars. I believe they buy them totaled out from auctions and stuff and fix them up and sell them. Which would be ok if they let people know thats what they was buying and if the cars wasnt priced higher than other places that have accident free carfax info. If your going to sell a previously crashed car you should let your customers know and they definitely shouldnt over pay for it.

Awful visit! Staff brooms you around when they feel like you dont make enough money, lack worthy credit even if you do have a sizable down payment there are no cars to look at ranging between $5000 to $7000. Contrary to what the website says about extensively helping people out is phony. It says one thing online about in-house financing then when you get there its a different experience. If you call them they seem nice at first. However they forget about your needs as soon, as you arrive. Not worth the visit for anyone looking for full customer attention, satisfaction and some cars to look at within your budget. Worst of all they criticize your past personal and financial choices or they act condescending to your responses. KEEP LOOKING ELSEWHERE!!!

Very dissapointed with the car we bought from them.Had it not even 3 months,only drove it not quite 500 miles first it was leaking antifreeze had to have it repaired $230 ,then find out they never changed the oil before they sold us the car, so we had to have the oil changed and a new air filter because it was so dirty, the cam shaft position sensor went up,cost another $220 to get that fixed.We havent even had the car 3 months and it already cost us $600. Plus the horn doesnt work so how could this car passed inspection. We are truly disgusted with our purchase. People work hard for their money and expect to get a fair deal when they purchase something..

They are the worst car dealership i ever experienced..they had a promo for brand new breaks, batteries, alternator, engine, routers..etc my Toyota ave.06 is had problems as soon as we pulled off the lot. We came back mutli times for them to fix it but come to find they were getting there "so called" brand new parts right from there junk yard thats right behind the dealership. From the old dusty cars. Smh i dont recommend noone to get there car from this location. Then they hassel you about money when they need to put a discount on them cars..so absolute hell

Our experience with Jared Ringwald with our 2002 Chevy Avalanche was spectacular in 2015.We had that vehicle almost a year and wanted to upgrade to a newer Truck. I purchased a car from Northpoint Motors two and a half weeks ago and have never had a better car buying experience, The entire staff is very friendly and they stood by everything they said plus some. I would refer anyone i know to purchase a car from North Point motors and would feel confident they would have the same experience.

Quick and easy transaction, even fixed an a.c. blower motor issue I had about a week later with no hassle. Only disappointment was the Salesperson I bought from had promised to fill up the tank during our test drive and when I picked up the car some days later it was still on empty.

Very friendly, was very helpful getting me a loan even though I have difficulty with my credit. They treated me with respect and gave me a great price, almost $2000 less than a comparable car at another dealer. Payments were $50 less than what I could afford. Thanks, Mr. Woody.
