If I could give them negative stars I would ... Do NOT EVER buy anything from them . they are very unprofessional from the owner Karon down to his worker Lisa. They do not know the true meaning of customer service . I rented a car from them 3 years ago a suzzuci forenza and they had possesion of my car for probably 2 months fixing a damn tire . I notified the dealership that I had to relocate due to work so that they could have it ready for when I left. The car was still NOT finished by the time I had to leave. So I turned in the rental car they gave me and the keys to a guy who watches their cars at night. I contact them telling them that something is popping up on my record and they have the nerve to tell me that because theyre limited to space they wont be able to pull my folder. Like what its not that hard to pull someones folder and regardless of if it was a year ago 10 years ago you should have proof of everything . you should have records recording when you had the car in your posession. But never again. I will never do business with them again. And if I was you save your money and go somewhere else. The attidues and professionalism this business has to offer is not worth it.

Absolutly the worst experience I have ever had with any car dealership in Maryland. Where to begin? Lets start with the people. First off there is not one knowledgable mechanic working for this company. The customer service and horrendous. The owner and employees are not qualified enough to manage a drive thru at McDonalds let alone accept and account for your money. The vehicles are in the worst condition. Not one vehicle on the lot will even start without a "jump box". Half of these "used cars" are missing very noticeable parts. For instance, red jeep, front sway bar held on by duct tape. Dont believe me? Go look for yourself. The mechanics dont speak English nor do they even understand how a motor vehicle even works. Getting wisdom teeth pulled is a better experience than just "trying" to find a vehicle that wont break down as they "try" to start it.they DO NOT offer a Carfax report but instead use a third paty system with false information for their vehicles. Overall I would say if you want a car that will NOT even suffice getting you from point A to B than this is the place for you.

My experience at automall was Amazing they do no credit checks the bi weekly payments arent high. after your warranty is up and your car needs fixing they will fix it and just add on it to the end of your payemnts so you wont have to pay nothing until your very last payment. There cars are nice. Tags and Title come along with your purchase I would recommend anyone thats looking for a car give Automall a call they do not disappoint

Great people and great service. Bruce the owner is always willing to work with people, and is extremely fair with everyone. Coran and Lisa, whom are part of the sales team, also are great people. If you are a little late on your payment, they will work with you. All in all, just a great dealership, where I have purchased two cars from and would recommend to everyone.

This company will lie to you about the working condition of the cars they sell and then offer to repair it for a cheaper cost than the dealer. Do not have the car repaired with them. They will overcharge you and ignore you when you tell them the repairs didnt work. Dont give them your business. I regret that I did.
