As always I feel that the staff at Sunbury Motors truly appreciates my business and they all go out of their way to make me feel welcome. Ive purchased a number of vehicles over the years from Sunbury Motors and with this new Ford F150 I know that I got the best deal possible with a vehicle that will meet my needs and expectations. One of the main reasons I also return to Sunbury Motors is my salesman Chris Stenglein. Ive know Chris for years and I always appreciate the hard work he does for me to find me the best deals possible. Im so comfortable with Chris that Ive referred numerous friends and family to him knowing that they will get the same professional, courteous, and competent assistance as I rely on when making a purchase. I know that when they are done working with Chris and making that purchase that they will thank me for pointing them in the right direction. It may sound corny but I trust Chris and when making a purchase this significant that trust is extremely important. Im sure that as long as Chris is there I will continue to purchase and recommend others to do the same because of that trust. I also appreciate the many services that Sunbury Motors offers as well as the convenience of their service and parts department. It is obvious that with a dealership celebrating its 100th anniversary they must be doing something right!

An honest review of Sunbury Motors. Fantastic Sales Agents, Poor Support. Bought a brand new 2013 F-150 SuperCrew FX4 had paint issues and was scuffed badly in rear. Took vehicle back to them about a week later and had their untrained detailing staff wet sand rear of car. They dont use any precision instruments, and who knows how much clear coat was removed. They wet-sanded the rear bumper, and didnt even remove the wet sanding marks. Scratches were still there. I have detailed and done many paint corrections, however I did not want to touch this new car due to my fears of the existing scratches going past the clear coat. We bought two vehicles here, both have issues, and will not be going back again. Now have to wait until Sept 8th to have car looked at by their professional body shop. See the attached picture in regards to the poor work done locally at the dealer and given back to me as a "resolved issue". No compensation was offered as far as gas either, the round trip to dealer for me is 3 hours, and I have to go back again on Sept 8th for another 3 hour round trip.

For the first time ever we were privileged to deal with a salesman that we knew. He was great to deal with. Salesman, Dean, was honest, upfront and not pushy. We found a car in our price range quickly and it is a beauty. It is just what I would expect from Sunbury Motors. Sunbury Motors always has the best selection of cars in the area and I know they are always top quality. I came home and compared the price we paid to Kelley Blue Book and I found our price was at the bottom of the price range listed. That doesnt happen very often. We are very happy with our great looking Ford Escape and the best possible price paid. Thank you Sunbury Motors and salesman Dean.

My wife found a used F-150 she wanted at SMC Kia dealership in Hummels Wharf on line. Due to medical appointments it was difficult for us to be able to sit down with Wyman Hoyt our sales person of choice with the company. He actually met with us 3 times that day to complete the transaction, and got us a better price, rate, and terms than I expected. A week later, we just got back from a weekend trip in the new pickup, and it performed flawlessly the whole trip, but it still takes a back seat to Mr. Hoyts service and effort to make our buying experience as easy as possible. I give Sunbury Motor Company and Wyman a solid 5 stars for the experience.

Havent purchased a vehicle from Sunbury Motors but will definitely consider it the next time were looking for another one. As far as the service at Sunbury Motors - we always have very good experiences there. From comfortable seating in their waiting room, to guesstimates on how long a particular service might take, to wi-fi to help pass the time, Sunbury Motors is on top. And if that isnt enough, there is a grocery store, donut shop and restaurant within walking distance. We feel right at home at Sunbury Motors.

Purchased a 2-year-old Ford Fiesta here. This is NOT the stereotypical shady dealership! These guys are concerned with volume and happy customers. They didnt try any of the typical tricks, like adding on items or pressuring me to buy extended warranties and etc. We just agreed on a price, and that was it! They washed the car and even ordered a spare remote entry key for me! I would happily shop here again, despite the fact that its 80 miles from my house. Special thanks to Dean Blakely and Bob Supsic.

Andrew the salesman was terrific, but that was about it. I tried to handle all the particulars online as I am 4 hours away and when I showed up to take delivery I waited about 4 hours. Then they still could not finish the paperwork and was sent home with a dealer plate. After a couple of weeks of sending paper work back and forth I thought I was done. Now 5 whole weeks later they call and tell me I owe them another $299 for fees not collected. Unheard of. Very let down.

Always EXCELLENT service at Sunbury Motors. The Quick lane always has wonderful service no matter what time of day is involved. Just went in for factory recall and my car was finished much quicker than I had thought. For many years now i have been a customer here at Sunbury Motors and they have NEVER disappointed me in any way. Sales were excellent, service excellent. What more could a person want from a car dealer? Kudos to you all there.

I generally deal with Jeff or Mike in the quick lane service area, because of my work schedule and the lack of downtime I have. These guys work with me "every time" I come through your doors! Even though they did not follow our instructions on duplicating the problem and therefore did not duplicate it, Ford still authorized replacement of the defective part. Additionally, our front rotors were replaced under warranty. For some strange reason, there is still a noise coming from the wheels at low speeds. Overall, we are satisfied with the outcome.

Great Experience!! Sales Department was great especially my salesman Mike. He made leasing a new car easy and painless. I never leased before so he explained in detail how it worked. I leased a C-Max energi two years ago. Sunbury Motors provided excellent service during the lease process and for the vehicle since. The service department is excellent; the provide an estimate of how long something will take and keep one informed should there be a problem keeping to the estimate. I would highly recommend Sunbury Motors.
