Great buying experience all around. I was looking for a mercedes 2010 c 300 and this place had the best deal I could find within a 250 mile radius. The car was very clean and handled just like a mercedes should and there have been no issues with this vehicle what so ever. The lot alone speaks for itself, at least 30 or more luxury vehicles, which all look very clean. The two gentlemen are very professional and not pushy one bit. I didnt even have to request a car fax as it was already sitting on the dash when I got in the car. This establishment is very honest considering that they deal with a credit union primarily instead of dealing with larger banks that intentionally offer higher interest rates. ( my credit is excellent and I got a 1.99 for 5 years with their credit union). I was amazed that this entire transaction took not even two hours and I was driving off the lot with the benz I had dreamed of. They are very thoughtful of the customers experience too. After I had signed the paper work and the deal was done one of the gentlemen went into th back and came out with a bottle of Moscato and a food voucher for a restaurant in towson. The whole experience was pleasant and hardly took anytime at all. I highly recommend this place and, having been to large dralerships, was very impressed with their superior professionalism and better product for a cheaper price. Dont be scared because they are not a chain dealership, you will get a way better deal for your money and way less hassle.

I love these guys. My last two experiences prior to LF were horrific between haggling over advertised prices and being bombarded with deals and specials if I commit to buy I was really just over it all. Nick made this a very simple and easy process. I felt like he was more concerned about helping me find a car I would be happy with rather than just making a sale. He helped me narrow down the what I wanted in a car and also gave me multiple options within my budget. Unfortunately, at that time he still didnt have the car for me. He asked me to check back with him in a few weeks, no pressure just a smile. I was surprised when he called me later that week and asked me to come buy. Not only had he hand picked the perfect car but it was ready for a test drive. I could not believe that he nailed it on the head much less that he had remembered my name and what I had asked for. I walked away with the prefect car and actually needed up buying a second car. After the sale Nick and Demetri checked in with me to make sure everything was perfect. Nick even went the extra mile to recommend a shop that specialized in my car type and Dimitri helped me with some minor issues I had when I first got the car ... (Issue that might I add have not resurfaced.) And even months later I can still call and ask questions and get recommendations for my car and they still know who I am. All car buying should be this simple.

Accurate website, top quality used cars, outstanding prices, absolutely no pressure, patient and professional sales staff (dealt with Nick, very knowledgeable, great attitude) – this is what LF Autos stands for. From the time I called to schedule an appointment, to end this was one of the best car buying experiences I have had. I ended up purchasing an outstanding car for a fantastic price. The Carfax report and the free warranty showed me that they had nothing to hide and will stand behind their sale. The car was exactly what was captured on their website with the photos and description. Zero pressure – something very uncommon for that type of business. The financing was easy on my side, since they worked hard to make sure I got the best possible deal. The paper work was completed quick and painless. In general I am pretty skeptical person, but I was not only pleased – I was impressed with their professionalism and attitude, starting from the call I made for the appointment, the price I got for the trade in of my old vehicle, signing the last paper and driving away with extremely clean used car... I drove the car from the lot with the highest level of satisfaction. I would recommend LF Autos to all my family and friends. Keep up the good work!

If personal customer service is what a car dealer offer to us as humans, then LFautos are Gods at it! They always go above and beyond what many dealerships do. For example, we brought a very nice car at the dealership and the rotors was slightly warped. We called them up and Nick stated "no problem bring the car up and we will take car of that for you". Not too amazing right! I mean you buy a car and you expect if something go wrong then they will take care of you right, and they did? Here where they went above and beyond the call of duty. They replaced the rotors with high performance slotted rotors and he even showed me. Believe me, at any other dealership if you would have even parted your lips to asked they would have laughed at you, and then they would have put the regular rotors on to warp again. So not only do they solve your problems, they make sure that you dont come back for the same problem again. Great customer service, friendly, and knowledgeable. Thanks guys! Will be buy my cars from here now on.......

what can i say different about these super star, first class individuals that hasnt been said thus far in all these other reviews? Hands down the professionilism and exeptional service that I received from LfAutos and its associates was second to none. Im in the hospitality business so I know what 5 star service is and these guys hit the mark on every single interaction that i had with them. The process was easy fast and effort less, I would recommend or buy a vehicle from these guys again in a heart beat. thank you for an outstanding experience with my purchase and hope i see you guys again soon for more business in the near/distant future.(A review is not only on the first interraction especially on a huge investment like an automobile, I will definatley update everyone on how my investment carries on and the quality of an LFAUTO purchase) Best regards.

I called LF Autos about a BMW Z4 I saw on-line and said Id be by to look at it. By the time I got there a few hours later, the car was positioned on the lot ready to be driven out. This stands out since their Baltimore City corner lot is small and the cars are 2-3 deep so there is likely a lot of moving cars around to get one out. Nick and Dimitri greeted me, handed me the key and welcomed me to check it out, then placed a temp tag on it for a test drive. I left my Mini Cooper on the street and they were to look at it for a possible trade in. When I returned, we struck a deal on price and trade and I drove the bright red Z4 convertible out within a few hours. Nick and Dimitri were pleasant and honest and have been very accommodating and responsive on a few post sale communications. The Z4 is awesome. What can be better than that?
