UNBELIEVABLE EXPERIENCE!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!! First, I admit - I should have done some homework and should have at least read the reviews. ALL bad reviews (except the one from that Moon person). By the way, what do you think the "M" stands for in M&M? Right!! At any rate, I bought a truck (paid in full) and had to spend almost as much money in the next couple of weeks on repairs (including a new transmission!!). Definitely a lemon! I guess when I bought the truck they had managed to get it ready to run just well enough for a consumer like me to drive it off the lot! Later, they also owed us money for a tune-up we had done on the truck. (Yeah, it needed a tune-up) We were told by Mr. Moon (the junior Mr. Moon) that they would mail the check. After a week or so and no check, I called and was told they mailed it to the wrong address and would mail it again. After another week or so, I called again and this time Mr. Moon told me that he personally took the check to the post office and mailed it. Ok. So, after another week or so with no check, we figured we were being lied to (DAH!) so we drove to the place and picked up the money. By the way, I guess that check is "still in the mail." THEN, when we thought we were done doing business with this place, another problem. Although I paid for the truck in full at the time of purchase, they mailed the title showing themselves as lienholders!! Yep! Now, Im not going to go into the details of the fiasco that went on after that, but understand this - their reaction to the problem THEY created was totally unprofessional and discourteous (the Sr. Mr. Moon actually hung up on me at one point). I cannot stress this enough - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE! Ive learned my lesson and I hope I can save you from experiencing any of the headaches, problems and disappointments that I did. WOW ! Except for that one review from your RELATIVE - your reviews dont look so good. Im done.

Hello all, Matt and his dad are really cool guys and they are very very fair. My first car was crashed in an accident and I had to quickly get a nice used car with my settlement money. I was referred to them by a close friend of theirs and I found my new car a red volvo. Anything in life requires work and maintenance and up keep. I have a great quality car with less than 15,000 miles per year and its a 2000 model. As a young adult anywhere else would have probably played on that but not these guys. I received a very affordable price with a great car and they did detailing for me, washed the car, made sure it was fully inspected, and put gas in the car for me. The only thing I had to do was get my emissions test. As well they got my plates and tags done for me so I didnt need to sit in the long lines at the MVA! Matt and his father run a respectable establishment and they care about the upkeep of their cars and more importantly their customers as well. I had a full conversation with the guys about my life and different things because they showed they cared and there was a mutual respect. I would recommend them any day and I love my car and it is running just fine.

I feel compelled to write a review, just seeing all of the bad reviews. I bought my 06 Nissan Sentra from M&M in August 2015. I was in a hurry to buy a car and didnt spend much time looking or researching. Car seemed fine when I took it off the lot, but then it kept cutting out....tried to push on the gas and nothing, then it would just die. First time this happened was a couple weeks after I bought it. Had it towed to M&M, they "fixed" it, then it happened about a month later...so AFTER any warranty was left. BUT they took it in and fixed it again without any pushback at all. Has never happened again, and my car runs just fine! The salesman was great, manager is great, front desk lady is great, when I had issues they were quick to fix them. I would go back hear to buy another car. :)

I bought a used car with them. We spent $7000 on it, which is a lot of money for us. Weeks later, we started to have severe problems with the engine overheating. A blown gasket. Now I am understanding that the engine may have to be replaced altogether. I find it very unlikely that they didnt know about these problems before they sold us the car, but they did it anyways. I feel taken advantage of. I feel like this is my fault as well, for not properly vetting a place before purchase. I suggest you look at the responses to some of the lower ratings. They are disconcerting. I will be happy to edit this if my experience improves, but as of now its a one because there is no zero.

Purchased a Honda from them, two days later radio completely stopped working and interior lights wont work (not a fuse issue), they refused to even look at the car or try to fix the issue stating that is not something covered - it was literally TWO DAYS after purchase. NOW, a month later, vehicle will not pass inspection, oil leak, bad CO2 sensors, and over heating DAILY. Dealership wants to know NOTHING. This is my sons first car purchase and now needs over $1500 in repairs. LEMON DEALER DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM

Hello everyone, Do not purchase a vehicle from this company. Specifically, Morty, the owner, has the worse attitude and business acumen. I wish I wouldve done better research prior to wasting my time at this crappy example of a business. Most of the positive reviews on here are fraudulent. The reviews that are negative receive defensive and narcissistic responses from Morty himself. He is the SAME in person. Just because someone has been doing business for years, does not mean they are doing it right.

My sister bought a used car from M&M Autobrokers and discovered an issue that would have prevented the car from passing inspection right after buying. Before she had her mechanic work on the issue, she took the car back to M&M and the owner, with his mechanic, resolved the issue to her and his satisfaction. At the end of the day, the M&M team got my sister the car she needed to move into the next phase of her adventure. Thanks M&M auto.

Terrible bought a car supposedly md inspected for 3600 from them within a week of buying it I had to get the brakes and rotors fixed and the wipers werent working at all now its been a month and already I have a head gasket leak the exhaust system is not running properly they claimed to fix everything and have been avoiding my calls ever since they told me they would fix it if you are buying a used car definitely stay away from this place

These people were the most helpful Salesman Ive ever come across They Went way out of their way to make sure that everything was done to make me feel comfortable I never had one problem with the car but even if I did they said I could call and they would help me out and I even got a follow up phone call to make sure that I was satisfied with my purchase
