Im back and Ive been procrastinating on providing another review. Had to take back my BMW for another problem. After I picked it up they gave me a detailed/itemized list of about 10 items that failed their tests. What interesting is that I had half of the items fixed by another repair shop a couple months earlier. I trust my repairman. Not BMW of Annapolis. By the way, the same repair shop fixed my tire issue described below with no problem. From an earlier date: If I could give a zero rating for the BMW Service Center, I would. Brought my 2006 BMW in for the air bag recall. I get a call from Tommy at the Service Center that there are $3,600 of repairs needed. I declined. I picked up the car and took off. Low and behold my back left tire was completely flat. I turned around and brought it back immediately. They said they didnt know what happened but offered to fix it for free. A day later they said it was more expensive to fix than they thought so they wanted to charge me $150 to fix it. I complained to the GM and he dropped the price to their cost of $112. I then took my car to a reputable independent repair shop and they said if all what BMW says is wrong with my car the cost to fix would be around $1,900 or roughly half of what BMW was wanting to charge me. More on this later.

I wish we went to other bmw dealer we buy it a brand new bmw First they doesnt honor their internet car price they keep telling you that price is if you qualify to incentives Second they offer you up $500 dollar on your first monthly payment that is a big bs we never receive the discount on our first quote and then we call then and they acting like they dont know what I talking about then I went to the dealer and they said Alexis the financial manager is on vacation and they can do anything until hes back so I went to the dealer again and now Alexis said is not hes job and David mier the sales manager have to take care of that but guess what he wasnt at the dealer that day and they want to came back other day ( I dont have the time to follow all this lies ) and they will call me to fix this and I never receive any answers and when we was about to live we saw our salesman Ben and we try to get some help from him but he told us he cant help and he is busy at that moment with other client we did a big mistake going to this dealer all they want is your business and you money after that they doesnt care about you I would never be back to this dealer and just be aware

My experience at mini Annapolis was definitely a positive one. Marcus Gray displayed the highest degree of knowledge, professionalism, and patience throughout the process. I am beyond satisfied with my new Mini Countryman. In fact, this is the first time in my life, and I am 60 years old, and have purchased many cars... that I am staying with the same car and model. In other words, I used to be the kind of driver who enjoyed experiencing a new car models every few years. But thanks to the staff at Mini of Annapolis, I have changed my car buying pattern. I dont think I have ever been this happy when I drove off the lot. My sincere compliments to the entire staff at Mini of Annapolis. This was definitely not a one-and-done negotiation. I feel as though a genuine relationship was established I must also add how thoroughly pleased I am with the service department. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely professional in every way. The explanation of what is being done to my car and why always leaves me with a much better feeling about my car... I couldnt ask for more than that

Dropped off my 2016 M4 for the 1200 mile check in. Jane was great when i dropped it off. I Told them that they could have the car for a month. I own several cars. No rush. Didnt need a loaner. They called me the next day. Told me it was done. I was stuck in traffic wasnt sure if I could Make it there by 7pm. I attempted to call, starting at 612pm. Until 701pm when I pulled up under the canopy. They never answered the phone. Kept being placed on hold by the automated system. At 701. The service center was closed. Lights off. I walked over to bmw mini new car sales. A car salesmen helped me get my car. He even informed me that he has this problem every time "James" closes. He tried to motion to "James" as he was driving out of the lot. And he just kept on rolling. Clearly James is in a hurry to go home, That he cant even answer the phone his last hour of work. I will just take the car to a different BMW location next time.

Erik the service manager was great! However my service person was not so much. My check engine light came on the day after I picked up the car. The service tech said to bring it back in to see if it was related to the original repair. Why wouldnt it be? That light was not on prior to the work. She also tried to charge me for a diagnostic and water test separately ($500+) when it should have been part of claim. I had to call my insurance adjuster back to make sure she was correct. He assured me that all I had to pay was my deductible upon picking up my car. He had to call her to let her know that. I am also missing the tow cover when I about it, she asked me if I was sure it was there before. Hello theres a hole in my fender I think I would have noticed that before. I am dreading having to take my car back there now.

I had the pleasure of purchasing my brand new 2016 BMW M4 Coupe from salesman Danny Bailey. From the minute I walked in to when I was out the door, he delivered both a professional and friendly experience and definitely made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Hes not your typical high pressure salesman just trying to get the sale. He spent countless hours that afternoon working with my indecisive self trying to figure out what vehicle fit me and is very knowledgeable about all the vehicles on the lot. He really went above and beyond and out of the way to work hard making a deal acceptable for the both of us! I will definitely be recommending all my family and friends to Danny Bailey for the purchase of a BMW. I myself will be a life time happy customer because of all the phenomenal hospitality.

After almost a month of horrible dealerships and frustration. A friend referred me to BMW of Annapolis and his son works there. I reached out on social media and he instantly responded come in for a test drive we see what works and what you like. He had the cars ready to go and waiting out front. Didnt waste my time and let the car sell itself. No sales gimmicks or games to deal with. I decided on a car let him know. They had the paperwork ready for me the next morning 10am. I was in and out by 1130am in under 2 hours. My car of choice was a 2016 M235i X-Drive. Special thanks to Hunter Lowe Lappen and Dave Mier for getting my perfect car.
