On 10/2 we test drove a 2009 Ford Flex at The Edgewood Lot.. We noticed the driver mirror was broken, airbag sensor and tire sensor was on, and oil pressure was 6%. James the manager stated he will take care of this and took pictures. We heard nothing . Then on 10/10 We revieved a call from James about the bank did we hear from them. When asked about the repairs he said I will take care of them. On 10/15, I called the place to find out we now have to call Ray. So I called him he said I will call you back. On 10/18 I recalled Ray about the repairs he was rude and trying to pass the buck. 10/20 I had a 9am appointment at the shop which I thought was next door, Ray failed to give details. He fixed the mirror had a attitude problem. Sent me to Precision Tune to do oil change and tire & airbag sensor . Fix all but the airbag sensor. So I will be taking to my mechanic if I find anything else wrong. Someone will be in trouble. I will NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN. MY 1ST TIME MY LAST TIME. UPDATE........ 10/27/16 @ 6:45PM WE WHERE TOLD THAT THE OWNER REFUSES TO HELP US OUT BECAUSE I TOLD THE TRUTH. I WILL NEVER EVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN. AND I WILL MAKE SURE MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS DONT EITHER.

I got a car from here before I had kids they had already had the car picked out. They showed me the car fax but they did not let me keep it. He took it back with him but it stated that the car wasnt in any accidents. Now that I done had a child and a set of triplets I need something bigger. So now that am trying to trade my lil two door Honda in no one will take it. Come to find out this car was in a accident which had frame and structure damage. This place showed me a fake car fax. Now am stuck with this savage car they sold me. That I dont feel is safe for me and my children. They really got over on me and its not right.

It was a little shaky starting out but they were able to meet my needs in the manner expected. The customer service was considerably improved after the owner reaching out to me. I go tommorrow 4/22/16 to finalize everything. I will write the final review tomorrow. I went back and the squared everything away for me. The customer service was as expected and beyond. My wife is super happy with the vehicle as am I. I defiantly look forward to purchasing another vehicle from us motors.

Rental car sucked and was told I would get my deposit back and instead of getting deposit back they charged my account another 57.00 dollars was told the rental for the 8 days would be 397.10, charged acct 497.00 supposed to get the 100.00 deposit back and after left MD is when they charged the additional money. NEVER WILL RENT A CAR FROM THEM AGAIN AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM
