Wish there was a option for negative stars because the service dept is horrible. They charged me 145 dollars for and o2 sensor I found at autozone for 47.99 basically charging me 100 to install an o2 sensor that couldnt have took more then 10 mins to Unscrew and unplug the old one....and before they had even started to work on my vehicle I let them know I wanted my old parts back to verify that they had actually replaced what they said they would which I did not receive back these guys are dishonest and unethical I will never return here or suggest anyone go to the service dept Pablo and David are dishonest and cheats. DO NOT get your vehicle serviced here.

My experience with Cars On king was excellent.. Ive purchased 2 vihecles within the past 4 years and gotten nothing but great service and respect from everyone one there. Not mention both vehicles I purchased from there have not given me any issues till this day. Very honest people. I recommend Cars On King to anyone looking for a great car, at great price. This summer Im looking at getting a motorcycle, and guess where Im going to purchase it,,,, You got it CARZ ON KING.. Give them a chance, You wont regret it.....

Bought a 2003 Chevy Blazer in June 2015 for $4,500.00. $2,000 over kelly blue book. Brand new inspection by the dealership, with 2 bad front wheel bearings, 1 bad ty rod bushing, wrong antifreeze for that model vehicle, and completely worn back brakes. In 4 mouths, have dumped $2,000.00 in repairs and its gotta go back to the shop again......If you think youve found a deal at Kar Kings in Lancaster Pa, Keep looking!!!!

Worst experience with a mechanic ever!!!! David told us one price one day and decided to change it another day so he charged $100 over the price he gave us originally, knowing that we went with them because he was charging less than the other place that gave us an estimate. Sadly Im not the only one they have done this too either. Dont let them take advantage of you! Never again

David the owner of this dishonest business told me he will charge me $200 for replace the rear ball bearing. Upon check out he charged me $300. So I told him their is a mistake here. This is what got me he said "I never gave you a quote". DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS RAT
