This purchase was a gift for my fiancée, Stephanie, and I arrived early Friday afternoon (5/26) to set-up the showing with Mitch Sears before bringing Stephanie. Mitch was very attentive and addressed all questions to the best of his knowledge. We drove around the lot looking for the particular vehicle I found online, and I Finally spotted it on the rock formation display. After I left to bring Stephanie to the lot, Mitch had it brought down and ready to inspect and test drive when we returned. Since we arrived in the late afternoon, we had to come back the next morning to wrap up a few loose ends, but we were able to take care of the main business that evening. Pamela Farmer found us the lowest financing, and we were able to apply a multitude of discounts, rebates, trade-in, and event reductions on this purchase. I had an out of the door total cost in mind, including tax, tags, title, and a maintenance package, and it came in slightly under what I had thought, so we were able to add the gap insurance as well. Mitch went offsite to fill the gas tank while we wrapped up paperwork. He also helped us transfer personal items from our trade-in vehicle to the new and move over the plates. He could not mount the front plate as there was no bracket, so we planned to bring the vehicle back the next day My only gripe is with the parts department. When we brought the vehicle back the next day for cleaning and front license plate mounting, we were taken aback that the front bracket for the license plate was not a stock item since license plates are required on the front and the back in the state of Virginia. One had to be ordered (Saturday) which would not arrive until Thursday (6/1). Meanwhile, the front plate is shoved in the lower passenger side of the windshield. Perhaps these brackets should be made stock items with an emergency reorder at 3 or 4. Not the end of the world, but an inconvenience to the owner from a time perspective as well as a possible traffic stop by city, county, or state police for improper equipment violation.

Unfortunately, I have had nothing but issues since I leased a car here almost 2 years ago. I waited to do a review to see if it got any better but it hasnt. I was lied to multiple times when in the process of leasing my Hyundai. I was talked into paying more per month so I could get free service done to my car. Dont do it. The service department is awful. You have to make an appointment and they are always booked for like a month. My inspection sticker expired and I needed an oil change so I dropped it off today on a Tuesday at 10am they acted like it was no big deal and would be done within a few hours. It is now after 6pm and they have closed for the day. No call. No follow up. I have to work tomorrow and I have no car. This company and these people are inconsiderate and unprofessional. As soon as I get rid of this vehicle, I will never do business with them again and neither will anyone in my circle of family or friends after the stories I have told them. Beware.

After calling different repair shops around the area to conduct a state vehicle inspection I chose this location. Im glad I made that choice because I was treated far better than visits to local state inspection sites. Here are a few reasons why I recommend this location. 1.) Professional environment with excellent customer service. 2.) A comfortable lounge, with refreshments and Wi-Fi. 3.) You can make an appointment, which gets you in and out at a time that suitable for your needs. 4.) World Class Multi-Point inspection. 5.) You receive a complimentary car wash once service is complete. Im glad I went here and I will continue to visit this location in the future for my vehicle state inspections. Thank you Hyundai White Team, Mr. Bacs who dealt with my customer service needs and Mr. Shepa who performed the vehicle maintenance.

Hyundai is great! One particular salesperson at Tysinger, not so great. He was so full of misinformation, it was ridiculous. Either that, or hes in the habit of blowing people off when it gets close to quittin time. This past weekend, I locked my keys in my vehicle. The sales person told me that the Blue Link Door Unlock feature wouldnt work with my make and model, a 2013 Hyundai Elantra GT. He also told me that because of the high mileage on my vehicle, Roadside Assistance wouldnt come, and suggested I call a locksmith. Both are untrue. Through Roadside Assistance, Pop-A-Lock came and opened my vehicle, literally in less than a minute, and it didnt cost me anything. I also activated Hyundai Blue Link. . . And it works! If I remembered the name of that particular salesperson, I certainly wouldve mentioned him here by name.

Multiple salesmen were extremely rude, I dont know if it is because I am a woman or because I am young, but they were asking me to pay a ridiculous amount of money for the new car I wanted, and not negotiating, thinking I wouldnt know the difference. Even when I came back later with quotes from another dealership for a good price, they were still unreasonable. I only came back because the other dealership didnt have the exact color I wanted. I had been here twice before with male friends, completely different experience, everyone was courteous. Definitely not female friendly. Bought the exact same car, in a different color, elsewhere.

Dropped my car off at 3:30 pm for service to get recalls taken care of and brakes looked at. Was told it would take a hour and a half to get things taken care of. I head back to Tysinger @ 5:45 pm to see whats the status of my vehicle because I havent received a call about an update. I am told my car will need to be kept over night because they were unable to get to it. Poor customer service as I think a courtesy call wouldve been nice. This is not the first time I have received poor service from Tysinger on the 2015 Hyundai Sonata sport I purchased from them. Customer service needs a major boost.

We were straight lied to by the salesman about what color Hyundai we were getting. We asked if we could get it in a specific color, and were told yes. When we signed the offer sheet, we were told it was for the color we asked for. After spending 4 hours at the dealer and were done signing the papers we walk out to find the color was not the color we asked for. We had to waste another 2 hours the next day to get things fixed. Shady salesmen and we werent even given an apology. Management didnt seem to care that we were lied to. I would recommend staying away from this dealership.

I usually have very positive experiences at Tysinger. Today was not the case. Not sure if Trish was having a bad day or what but she was the most rude, short, and disrespectful person I have ever encountered at Tysinger. Im sure Im not alone in saying that one of the reasons I pay more to have my car serviced at Tysinger is because of the service. People like Trish will make customers like me rethink that choice.

Not a great dealership. Service dept is slow, almost impossible to schedule an appointment and wants you to leave the vehicle all day. Calling into the dealership is a disappointment. They dont return phone calls or a voicemail. Buying a car there wasnt too bad, however, the follow up stuff has been lackluster at best.
