I had just drove 500 miles Memorial Weekend to visit my family and my brand new car gave us trouble on the road. I called two other dealers in the area (Tamaqua and Hazleton) who would do nothing for me. I finally took a chance calling The Berwick dealer and right from the beginning they were wonderful. The customer service was outstanding. They were busy, but told me to bring my car right over and they would take a look. At least fix it so I could get back to Michigan. This was the best experience with customer service and the service department I have ever had. Wish I could take my car there all the time.

WHAT A WONDERFUL bunch of people in sales and financing !! I was there mid August and EVERYONE I ran into & dealt with was absolutely awesome. I would give more stars if I could. !! I cant say enough WOW about these guys. I have had some pretty bad history /experiences when buying cars and to be honest, I dreaded it. CLIFF AND GLEN ROCK ! they made that "dread " a thing of my past. The entire process was friendly , Fair and so smooth . I am extremely happy with Bear and my 2016 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk.
