People here have been rude for last couple of years with an occasional nice person. 12 months ago a very rude male. Replaced by a crabby woman for 6 months. Staff now are just ok. Tip for the day. Dont count on the last pick up time to be accurate. Get there before 6pm. Says 6:15 ground , 6:30 express. There @ 6:05 and they told me that they just closed down their system to accept shipments for the day. WTF? I needed something delivered urgent. As I argue along with another woman in line, the fedex ground truck arrives. He tells me I have 10 min to get my shipment ready. The woman @ the counter shrugs her shoulders and says. Sorry. Time for the manager to clean house or fedex to get a new manager. This location sucks. Go to the fedex by the woodlands mall. Nice and will take your packages even 20 min after the cutoff time if the driver is late.

While the gentleman that helped me was pretty nice, in the end their advertising for printing straight from Google Drive is not functioning at this store. I tried using their self print module (with google drive advertised on the actual podium), a back of house computer AND a paid computer to attempt to access my files. However their computer and internet browers are not up to date and Google Drive was not supported. Since my file was big emailing was not a good option. Its very irritating when advertising and the reality of the stores equipment are not in sync! I could pull up the file on my phone but not on their "state of the art" computers or printing terminals? I will not go back, I wasted my time and I dont feel assured that they intend to upgrade their systems to work as advertised.

I had a last minute project that my daughter said was due tomorrow morning. I tried 8 different places until I found this Kinkos Fedex. I called them just before 9pm on a Sunday night (5/21/2017) and they said if i can make it quick, they could do the printout for me. I make it with time to spare, and the fine folks were so nice even though it was just about closing time. Great service, and great job. My daughter will have her project completed on time. Thank you again for great customer service. I will be back again for my printing needs and hopefully not last minute. But I know this store will be up to the task.. GREAT JOB. Went in to return mail a package. The idiot that finally asked what I wanted, was rude & unprofessional. He said I couldnt ship the package because you could hear a rattle in the box. He said he could fix it for $3.99...lmao. really? I received the package this way, but cant return it that way? While I waited to be helped, he gave a lady a laminated picture poster w/ wrinkles & bubbles. When the lady asked about the poor work, he answered w/, thats how lamination works. Lmao. What a true idiot!! Wont be going back. Ill take my business elsewhere. If I could give this place negative stars, I would. It doesnt deserve the 1 star it made me choose.

The Staff at this location are excellent in every manner in regards to customer service. They have never let me down. Especially when I have a house load of kids and they get their projects done late at night, the best thing I can do is email FedEX their projects to print out and have ready by 7am the next morning. I appreciate their kindness and consideration whenever I email, I get a quick response. Thank you to all the Staff@ FedEX on Sawdust in Spring, TX for helping me help my kids reach their goals this past school year.

I waited at the front counter while 5, yes 5, other people just looked me over. one guy came to the counter took my package shook it, and was like whats in here? its not supposed to be loose. I would have to charge you 3.99 for paper and tape. I say, a hair dryer Im sending back. I got it the same way its being shipped back. he says, as you can see here on this chart... I say, I know what the chart says, Ive been reading it while I was waiting to be helped. then I took my package and walked out. avoid at all costs!

One of the worst shipment experience I have had. The staff was absolutely unprofessional. Not only they made a mistake about the date my package should be received but they also were making fun of me while I was packing my box in the office. Even though I have been told that they would do the packing, I still had to pack everything myself while the staff was laughing. Absolutely unwelcoming staff members! Avoid this office and choose a different one.

I tend to have all my amazon orders that ship through FedEx held at this location. The staff is quick and very friendly. I have never had problems with their service. Craig, an assistant manager, has actually remembered me and when I walk in to get my packages he pulls them to expedite my pick up process. If you live near this location I highly recommend it. They are currently renovating to make shipping and receiving easier.

Very helpful and professional staff. Three people greeted me immediately and asked if I needed help. Traci made sure the drawings were scanned in exactly the way I wanted them. She even recommended I buy a USB memory stick (bargain) instead of a CD (ripoff, but what I asked for). My only problem with them was that they arent allowed to email the scanned file directly to you.

Drove 30 mins to this place to ship something because there is no FedEx around my house. Spent 15 mins standing around waiting to be helped. Then after all that waiting they could not ship my package because their printer didnt work. Severely under staffed and the employees didnt care.

This store has helped me with several urgent copy jobs and theyre great. Staff is so professional and helpful, and I like FedEx Offices online system for placing orders compared to other sites. Very user friendly with lots of options for anything you need to order.
