Ive worked in the customer service industry for over a decade now and I just had THE WORST experience of my life at this location. I placed an order online to be picked up same day and was told I would pay for it when I picked it up. I received an automated email saying I would be contacted within 30 minutes to discuss any special instructions. After not receiving a call, I called this location and a female answered the phone. When I asked about my order she told me my order would be printed at another location and brought to this one so there was nobody here I could speak to. She also said there was no way my order would be ready today. I asked when it would be ready, she told me she didnt know and to call back tomorrow. I ended up calling customer service, they said they would contact the store and get more concrete details for my order. So later today I get a call from the same girl from this location. She said, "I told you there was nobody here you could talk to and I told you to call tomorrow to see if your order was ready. I dont know why you had to call customer service". I tried to explain to her that I was told my order would be ready the same day and that I would speak with the printer to go over any special instructions (which I have). And that none of that has happened for my order. She then said if I wanted my order to get printed I now needed to come to the store today and pay a deposit before she would send it through. When I placed my order it said I would pay for it in the store. I havent been able to give my special instructions to anyone, I still have NO IDEA when its going to be ready, and now she wants me to come and make an extra trip to pay for a "deposit"? Honestly, the WORST headache Ive dealt with in a long time.

Waited 45 minutes to ship a cell phone. There were only two people in the front both were assisting other customers. For some reason several people that came in after me were helped before me. Once I did get to the register the lady got a bad attitude because I was questioning the shipping prices and packing guidelines. She told me if I had questions I could call the 800 number. Instead of having a better attitude and not getting upset with the fact that I had questions. As I was communicating with the receiver who was paying for the service she walked off. Then A man appeared from somewhere and took over for her.

I have been here dozens of times and Ive never had a problem. Im always in and out in 5 minutes and no one has ever been unpleasant so I really dont know what these other people are talking about. However, I certainly know theyre not there to talk to my kid or quote something vague over the phone just to have it reported negatively and anonymously on Google or 1-starred because they cant do your work for you. A few folks need to grow up!

Starting to become the worst! Every time I pick an order up its always messed up or misplaced . I am now standing here in the store waiting for an order they misplaced I have been waiting since 305 it is now 3:43 . They need to get there stuff together and be organized! So un organized here. If I could rate no stars I would . Very very disappointed in this place.

Poor service, the gal working the counter (Carmen) mumbles, just seemed like she didnt want to be there and I was bothering her. Should have use a mail box company...they seem to have more customer service skills. 2 stars only because place was clean...otherwise, 1-Star for service.

I lost my tracking number for a package and store associate Jamiah went the extra mile to locate my tracking number and provide me the status of my package. She provided excellent customer service and was both professional and personable.

Angie is anti-customer service. She has no smile on her face and deals like she is dealing with criminals. She had this disgusting look when my 3 year old son tried to say Hi to her when we were doing a transaction. Absolutely pathetic.

This is absolutely a horrible fedex location. There is one woman in particular that does everything she can not to help you. Every time that I visit I leave mad. They are incredibly slow, and literally argue not to do work.

This FedEx is always clean and they have been always nice with me. They help me always printing floor plans and they even cut them for me. Everybody in the store always takes their time to help me with my questions.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, we had an event that required some last minute banners and odd shaped props. We placed an order in the morning and had our order within hours.

Called to get a quote and Angie said they cannot give a quote over the phone. Called UPS and got it right away. What a shame. U can get this info online but lazy one cannot do it.

Dont go to this fedex to ship your item. Prepaid or not. They will try to tell you that you need to stuff your package more just so they can charge you $3.99 for stuffing paper.
