This company is horrible to deal with. I sent a package from them and paid for it to be delivered and now I am getting the run around of where my package is. They say they sent it to USPS and USPS says they never got it. The manager was disrespectful and rude on the phone and was rushing to get me off the phone before finally hanging up on me. If you want your package to get somewhere just go to the post office or ship directly through UPS. If not you will be responsible for replacing the items in your package, plus they wont refund you the cost of what you paid to ship with them!! This is why half of their reviews are horrible and no response from them because they dont care!

This place is HORRIBLE, I have never been treated with this much disrespect and rudely in my life. I walked in with a package and since the label had not been printed correctly a young lady said that "Looks like your printer can not print properly" and instead of helping me she said "I cant to anything about this and I refuse to take this package but if you want me to print you another label I will have to charge you." I have lived in the same area for over 15 years and have never been treated so badly and been so ashamed, I hope people read this and know what they will be getting themselves into when they go to this shop.

Expensive, rude and nosy!!! Tried to use them a few months back, and they wanted way too much to ship via UPS. I opened an account direct with UPS and saved $40. Next time, tried to drop my package there for UPS pick up, and they insisted on knowing the contents and my ID. Save your time, money and privacy and get an account. I always wondered how these type businesses could keep the doors open.

Witness the owner with glasses wearing a PINK SHIRT being racist to these young women that were standing on his "parking lot" which is not even his. TOLD THEM TO GET OUT OF HIS PARKING SPOT. POOR GIRLS.. COULDNT BELIEVE MY EYES.!!!! dont go here they will treat you like crap!!!! RATE -10

Ive always found this location to be extremely friendly, personable, and service oriented. It probably is cheaper to do it yourself, but theyve often suggested better and more cost-efficient ways to ship items and it saves me hours of waiting in line at a UPS, FedEx, or USPS location.

These people truly have a grasp on the fact that customer service is not a department, it is an attitude! They are just on the job every minute of every day. Always a friendly face when I come in and so helpful with whatever my need is for that day.

Dropped off some supplies to be shipped out of town. Drove an extra half mile because of the good reviews. Very good experience 19 years with the same owner and it customer service was fantastic. Worth the extra few blocks if you can.

Quick service, very fast stop! You will pay a bit more here, but the speed and convenience is worth it. If they are very crowded, just try again later, you can usually get right in.
