I have used the copier service for many years and today was the such a horrible experience. As always I submitted my order on-line the day before and scheduled a pick up/ready time for 10am the next day. I arrived at 10:05 to pick up my order. The employee was looking for my order and then realized the order had not even been started much less completed. He then proceed to tell me they were having problems with the copier and my order would be done in 1 hour to 1.5 hours. I told him I need it by 10:30 and would be back to pick it up. He just shrugged his shoulders and said he would try to get it done. I returned at 10:35 to pick up my order. Not once did he or the Assistant Manager acknowledge me or say they were still working on it...Nothing.. They said nothing to me. I stood there waiting and waiting while she was working on my order. He left to go get pizza and come back. Again I stood and waited and waited with no one providing me any updates. While looking through my emails on my phone I noticed I had a email from them saying my order was finished and ready for pick up. That was about 10:23 pm when it was sent. I replied to the email saying that was not true because I was at the store waiting and my order was not complete. Finally the assistant manager said we did not send that email it just automatically is sent. How does the system know to send the order if it has not been done. Makes no sense to me. Finally when my order was done at 12:04 pm, two hours later, the assistant manager said your order is ready. That is it, did no apologize for bring 2 hour late, just put the box on the counter and walked away. The other guy was coming and going while still eating his pizza. I just dont get why they allowed me to sit for 2 hours waiting and never once said one word to me. They only used on copier when the other two could have been used to finish my project. The customer service is horrible at this location. I guess I will just take my business else where from now on. BTW, I had to wait for my project as I was teaching a class and needed the workbooks that were being printed.

I would give this place ZERO stars if I can. The worst customer service ever, and severe lack of knowledge with Fed Ex information. I used their Fed Ex services whenever I need to ship out large packages for my company. Each and every time there always seems to be an issue, such as: cant ship a box that big, credit card wont process more than 1 box at a time, huge price discrepancies... Once I needed to send a laptop through ground, and the woman there wanted to charge me $120. I said that was too much for ground. She basically said take it or leave it. So I left and went to another location in Memorial City where I only paid $29 (and the staff was much friendlier and knowledgeable). Another time they wouldnt accept my Fed Ex account # telling me its invalid or nonexistent (same woman helping me). Again I went to another location where my acct # processed without a problem. And every time Ive been here I never get greeted nor thanked for my business. Its as if they are purposely wanting to turn customers away. The only reason I even come here is because I live down the street. Going forward, Ill drive further out to another Fed Ex Office location for better customer service and accurate shipment processing. Im NEVER coming back here.

This has to be the unfriendliest and unhappy bunch of FedEx employees I have ever met. Not only were they rude, but did not even acknowledge you until you say something. Then they expect you to have all the items to sign a receipt. I asked for a pen and had physically go around the counter to get one. They did not even care or budge. When asked what type of service I said jokingly "Pony Express". She looked at me and said What! I said ground please. No humor here. Then a paper to fill out was kindly slammed down on the counter for me to fill out. It was the "fill it out" comment. Wow, last time I will ever go into this place. The local Post place across the street is higher in cost but at least I am greeted and offered a range of options. Steer away from this location. The USPS office is even nicer and at least offers options while I have to guess at FedEx.

Now Im outside of the facility a young lady walks out looks at me and rolls her eyes. Now mind you the time is now 7:46 AM the sign on the door says open Friday at 7:30 AM and she nonchalantly just keeps walking down the sidewalk. Now where is she going, I have no earthly idea. I came on yesterday and the other young lady was open and ready for business. I dont know what the problem is today but I will address it whenever she decides to open the store. If it doesnt open at 7:30 AM on Fridays as stated please change the sign! Oh now shes back she went to get donuts and coffee down the sidewalk-this should be FUN!!!! I hope they read these reviews and pay attention to the people they have representing FEDEX!!!!!!!!!!!!!

One of the ladies that workers here has no idea what she is talking about. Went in to drop off a package with a prepaid FedEx label, the box had an Office Depot around the four sides. Clerk stated that FedEx does not accept packages with other brand labels stamped on the boxes. What an absurd answer that makes ZERO sense. Went to the FedEx store on Eldridge Crossing and they gladly accepted the package. They too had no clue as to why the other location refused the boxes for having other branding on the box.

Be prepared for a wait.. I was there an hour due to the office printer not working to print off shipping docs (bearing in mind the place is full of printers) - Staff stressed and look overworked.. staffing levels between 1 to 4 people....

Id give fedex zero stars if I could. Supposedly they attempted to deliver my package 3 times but were unable to. They NEVER attempted to deliver the package, I was home all day. Now the package is being sent back. Fedex is the worst.

When all signs and information say 7:30am as the opening time. Usually a good thing to do is make sure the store is open by then. I only gave 3 because I did have an easy experience once at this location.

Esmeralda is probably the slowest worker ever. I have been in line for 20 minutes with 2 people in front of me. She is on #2 now, so at this rate I should be here for over an hour to send a package.

Reneisha was so helpful and friendly! I had left a different FedEx store to come here after an unsuccessful trip at that store. She made things quick, easy, and far more enjoyable!

I wish I had read these reviews before selecting this store. My order was not ready as promised (would be more than an hour late), and the staff was neither helpful nor friendly.
