I stopped at the UPS store on Spring Cypress this past Friday afternoon, March 17, to mail an important package to my mother in Mississippi. You see, I had managed to put my mom on a plane at George Bush airport earlier that day without her purse! By the time I realized my huge mistake, the plane had already taken off. When I walked in to the Spring Cypress UPS Store, Zachary took care of everything. He was very professional and courteous as he walked me through the delivery options and costs. I chose next day delivery. The timing was amazing - I dropped the package off at the UPS Store at 4:30 PM on Friday, and by 8:30 AM on Saturday morning, my mother had received the package at her door, with everything intact! She and I were both very happy! To be sure, the next day air service was rather pricey, but that was not a surprise. I appreciate the service I received from this store during a very stressful situation. The delivery was even faster than I expected. I would definitely use this location again. Good job, UPS!

Poor customer service. I dropped off 5 boxes at the the store and they thought it was alcohol so they opened one of them. I never received any confirmation that they opened it and were refusing to send it. When I went back to mail 5 more boxes 2 days later, the employee argued with me saying it was alcohol. The contents had the word "tequila" on it in small print outside of the ingredient panel but the ingredients obviously showed differently. They finally agreed to send it. On another occasion, I tried to send 6 boxes. An older employee informed me that UPS can do a pick-up at my location but I insisted that it was fine for me to bring it as it wasnt out of the way. He kept into me saying it would be easier on him not to lift/move the 30lb boxes. I dont know if he understands what his job entails. I try to avoid this store at all costs.

Poor Customer Service. The person working behind the counter, Lilly, quickly scans my return information and says oh we are having technical issues. I asked nicely if there is another location and could she check to see if they were able to assist. She simply says "No" I asked again. Can you please call the other location to see if they are having the same problems. Lilly explained that she is not associated with any other locations. I made a quick phone call and yes they are open and yes they are very familiar with the labels I need and can easily assist. If Lilly would have attempted to make a quick phone call it would have been all the difference From now on I plan to drive a few extra miles to get good service.

Its no wonder that this place had such a bad rating. I was trying to ship a bare slide of a pistol. EVERYTHING was stripped from it. No firing pin, no extractor. It was just a plain piece of metal, and was told that I had to drive to the hub store which is a HOUR drive away. I know that you have to go there if youre shipping a complete firearm or a frame/receiver but this is no different than shipping a magwell or a pistol grip for Christ sake. The girl didnt know what she was talking about. Per the UPS shipping rules this did not meet the requirement to define it as a firearm according to the US code. All of this wouldnt have been so bad if the girl wasnt soo damn rude when telling me no.

In all honesty, I have never seen such apathetic incompetence in my entire life. Wow... just wow! The attendant by the name of Glen actually walked off to sort mail in the middle of helping me. I had to go behind the counter to fetch him (and there really is no other way to describe it), reminding him that we were not finished yet. Sadly, this was only the start and I wont bother with further detail here, but suffice to say that Im an educated professional and a patient man, but this place was just over the top. Never again will I set foot in this UPS store.

When I went to this location, during holiday time, I must admit that there was a line a personally the should have had more staff or a another register open to deal with this high demand. However, once I got to the counter I was able to get my items checked scanned and paid for in less than 5 minutes and I was back put the door. The staff was generally friendly during my visit.

Terrible customer service, went there for a notary service, the guys told me he could not notary the letter because the letter was in Spanish and he could not understand it, I though it was stupid since the notary only verifys the signatures of the people, make sure that the names on the document matj the names on the id or passport, not to know the privacy of the document.

I wish I could leave negative stars, the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I wanted to open a mailbox, the person handling the transaction was so rude & negative, clearly wanted to discourage me in any way, so I would go away and not bother him with working. I actually walked out. Will go to another store, there are many to chooses from.

The employee I dealt with last week is not stupid, he is just simply lazy and does not care one single bit about even a bare minimum of customer service. Folks, there are much better options nearby...FedEx on Barker Cypress and the US Post Office just a few blocks down the road on Spring Cypress will treat you much better.

Incompetence doesnt even begin to describe the pathetic business etiquette Ive experienced here on multiple occasions. Avoid this UPS franchise location as others have already seemingly stated. Reluctant to even give the one star that is required. Employee/owner training must have been optional with this one...

Dont believe a word this store has to say about delivery times. I was sent a package from here via UPS, paid for Next Day Air and was promised the package would be delivered on a Monday by 10:30am. The package will actually be delivered Tuesday by noon, wasting 1 and a half days of my work.

It would be nice if the franchisee cared enough about their store to at least pin it on Google Maps with the correct location. Currently it is showing the Kroger Gas pumps as its location. Not exactly helpful for people trying to find the store.

On Sundays, they close at 4, supposedly. Got here at 3:45 to find the staff closing leaving as two more customers were waiting outside. There was no notice on the door that they were closing early today. No respect for customers time.

Horrible service. Woman at front desk was horrible she seems to be unaware that she is a customer service rep for this company. If I could give less than 1 star I would.
