I have been to LOTS of other UPS Stores and most are not flexible and stuck in their ways. Not this one. A great staff (especially Jackie) and a great franchise owner in Chet. They are always available to help with solutions and dont mind an extra few minutes if I have been running late. I work from home and use their services on a daily basis so I see how they interact with others as well as me. Dont expect to much from the computer they rent though. It wont open many PDFs and doesnt open "outside" websites. It is not very reliable and runs $2 for 5 minutes....But as far as the real work the store does I have no complaints!!

I am surprised to see a couple of the reviews about this store. But I guess not every day is a perfect day. My wife and I use this store frequently and are always pleased with the young adults behind the counter. Always helpful, polite and friendly. Something you dont see often enough in college age students working a job. I ahd an issue with ATT Uverse modem and the owner Chett clarified some things with me about the shipping. Again very helpful, and never made me feel like it was not his problem even though it wasnt. I would highly recommend this location to any one in need of its services.

Definitely sub par service here. The girl at the counter is unable to correctly process a COD shipment. Three times we have sent a package COD and so far, she has screwed up the dollar amount to be collected every time! Where does she get these numbers--they dont correlate to anything. The worst goof was being off by 1400.00. Do not come here if your shipping needs require someone with average intelligence. Seriously, this is just shipping, the calculator calculates--all one has to do is correctly enter the amount we have on our printed invoice. This cant be too much to expect--can it?

The girls behind the counter obviously dont want to work, do not provide good customer service, and both times that Ive gone in, they rush me. There is not enough counter space to fill out forms and they just expect you to rattle off an address. The other person in the back was complaining about what a hard day she had, and then came up to close out a register (of 2), almost 30 minutes before closing, as she said "As soon as the closing time hits, we are out of here". Id rather go to my old place 10 miles away (Pack & Ship) than here, though its right by my neighborhood.

Horrible service!! First said the box wasnt there. Went back to my car and got the tracking number that shows delivered and they put in the wrong box. The name clearly shows the right number with the box number. Sabrina then continued to argue that there wasnt a problem and has no clue what customer service is. Place is run by kids that have no idea about Customer service or care. Would not recommend anyone to go there.

The absolute BEST customer service!! My package shipped (for Saturday) delivery was attempted by UPS to deliver to this location before they were even open! Jackie stepped up and went WAY above and beyond. She even called me once the driver brought the package back. She was sincere, empathized with the situation, and was just a joy to work with. Thanks Jackie!!! You deserve a raise!!!!

Was in this store for the first time today. I must say, Sabrina turned what is often a dreaded task into a delightful experience. She was pleasant and knowledgeable. I actually left in a better mood than I had entered. I will certainly be taking my business to this location from now on.

Though I only worked here for a month because of family problems, the manager Sam is a great knowledgeable person who takes care of anything! He really knows his stuff and attempts to do what he can to make customers happy despite the few unfriendly ones.

I went in there to print something for a school project not knowing that their computer had a virus. I get home to check something on my USB flash drive only to find out that I got a virus from their computer. Never going back there.

Took my AT&T U-verse equipment here for shipment back to AT&T. The employee was quite familiar with return process as she said they handle about 15 similar requests each day. Employee was efficient and pleasant.

I sent a garment worth 7,000 k to a customer , delivered there on 4/8/15 signed buy an employee , coat never delivered to customer . I hop we get this resolved.

What a great staff! The two younger people at the counter were very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Service is excellent and quick!
