Terrible store. I had asked a manager to help me with coping some documents she said I couldnt have it the way I wanted. After trail and error and spending more money than I should have I finally fixed it myself. I was upset about that encounter. Well I decided to go in again. Big mistake. As soon as I sit my documents on a counter they were ruined by oil all over the counter. I will never return to that store and will avoid using fedex services and products.

Ryan was fantastic when I came In to purchase a five hour energy shot. It was obvious they were just about to close for the night because the trash had just been changed and the store sparkled like a thousand diamonds. Ryan answered all of my questions regarding how the card reader worked as well and wished me a great night, that was the highlight of my week.

I hardly ever leave reviews but I just really felt I needed to this time. I have been to this location twice recently for shipping needs and was helped by Erica both times. She is so kind and helpful. Her customer service skills are excellent and far above what I usually see at any similar places. Please let her know she is doing a great job.

Excellent service every time no matter if Im faxing, scanning to flash drive, printing from data, or shipping odd shaped things as four yards of faux fur! This location has everything Ive needed to keep my independent business going!

Print services are great, free wifi a joke. Free provides a download speed of .06 mbps, upload 1.0 mbps with 1 user in the store. Took forever to get to files to print them. Just ended up doing it through phone.

Only one location 20 miles away could print a label from a RMA number. This is not that hard of a task and more locations should be able to do so!
