Ive been shipping from UPS location for 4-5 years now and they have always been friendly, though my volume of shipments is very small. But recently, I had used UPS Store 1849 to return an item to the manufacturer (in the original packaging) for a refund. The package arrived at the manufacturer and my refund was rejected due to the damages. Brent (at Store 1849) went out of his way, in order to resolve the issue and have my damage claim for losses approved by UPS. This all took a couple of weeks, but he never gave up, and I did not have to call and check on progress, because he was very communicative throughout the process keeping me informed of the status. Thank you Brent and Store 1849!

I took a package here to "return to sender". The address was correct but wrong person. Must have been a typo Im guessing. I took it to this store in an effort to get this person their package expeditiously and the clerk exclaimed that they didnt do returns. Why? It is simple, just give it to any driver and they will see that I wrote in bold letters to Return to sender, wrong address and they would do so. Easy right? The guy yelled at me so I left making him keep the pkg. well... The thing returned to me with black-out and white-out where I said to return to sender witht the added message "LOL" = laugh out loud. Who does this kind of stuff?

Worst customer service I have ever experienced at any UPS store in the U.S. I asked for a piece of tape and was told that would be $1 so I went home and taped up my package and brought tape to leave for the next customer..paying it forward I told them.... they rudely say that they will throw it away when I leave! Its a $1 no matter if its there or not. To bad last week same store, the guy taped my envelope for free!!! Oh no call the cops that employee stole $1 from the store! I am a loyal UPS girl, but the two rude associates that were working today have changed my mind. Will never return to the UPS store on Harvard in Tulsa, OK.

I handled two huge boxes, and I really needed a friendly help, but Taylor Budd was very irritated that I asked him to help me. He explained me that according the UPS policy he cant help me. because he didnt help me, I was there for more than one hour, trying to make packages right. But finally, when I was done, he explained, that I stole his job. All that time he was very rude to me. Yelled at me " Pay Fast and Go Way" He, just literally, kicked me out. I understand that according to UPS policy he cant help me , but he can yelled at me and kicked me out if I came with build myself boxes.

Returning something doesnt work to Amazon. With my box and packing material all ready but was running out of tape. I was in a hurry and so just taking the box and label with me. I asked them if they can seal it for me. They said yes, sure. And after that, added, one dollar please. One dollar isnt much. But I think it is quite a bit overcharge for just sealing a box. And it is very sneaky not to mention the fee before hand. Probably will try my best to avoid this UPS store in the future.

I dropped off a 50lb package today, I could not have had a better experance. Both gentleman were very professional and friendly. After observing other customers there I have come to the conclusion that the ones who are complaining would have trouble poring piss out of a boot, muss less sending a package, Gary Haley

Dont go here. terrible place. associate refused to give me a printed receipt when dropping off my package. go somewhere else you can trust - obviously this owner doesnt care about customers but wants their money.

Been here a few time to mail out packages and have noterys done. Ive found that if I go between 230pm and 300pm you can be in and out fairly quick.
