I really feel like this experience was the death of a thousand cuts. I have positives and negatives from my experience with this branch and their business card printing services. Positives: Center staff always polite and helpful. Rapid turnaround when a customer needs business cards. Negatives: Online website doesnt have an option to have a specific center make ones cards. To get a local center print your cards you must go into that center and use their design computers. This centers entire network went down while I was entering the design i wanted into their design computer. I understand that network downtime occurs, but this was fairly inconvenient. I had no choice but to return at another time. Single biggest peeve: My cards were printed on 80 pound stock, and the cutting machine used to divide the printed cards into individual cards left jagged edges on many cards. These cards feel like theyre printed on something barely heavier than printer paper. I feel ashamed to even own these cards. The center staff related that 110 pound stock is the same price. I had no software option to select a paper weight. The center staff told me that I could have cards printed on 110 pound stock in the future by letting them know thats what I wanted. I am profoundly disappointed by the fact that this isnt the default. I feel that the site staff were polite at all times, but feel that service could be improved in several of the following areas: Maintenance of equipment (dull shear leading to ragged edges on cards) Maintenance of network (down network requiring multiple visits to achieve a single task) Default options when printing a customer order (80 pound paper as a default is absurd - virtually no business card I have ever encountered felt this weak and floppy - EVER. Why make this the default?) I will be reluctant to select this location or FedEx office in the future.

Theres an employee here who will nitpick your shipment just so you have to pay extra for boxes and extra fill. Absolutely unacceptable.
