We were installing a chain link fence (from another company) and found that some parts were missing or the wrong size. We ordered those parts from Fence Supply Inc. We did not see one of the pieces came in black and thought we would have to paint it, but Eric called after reviewing our order to verify we really wanted the galvanized part rather than black. I said we would prefer black but didnt see it. He said he would send us the black one without charging us the additional cost of the color part. How awesome is that! How often do you get that kind of service any more? I wish I had ordered the entire fence from them. It would have saved us many frustrations!

Not a pleasant experience. Chris, was very rude from the beginning. Our order came in damaged and we called and they said we can go and exchange since they had some in stock but when we arrived they turned us away and did not honor their word. Why didnt they tell us over the phone instead of having us haul it there and back? The same guy, Chris, was very disrespectful and rude to us. I told him there is a polite way to say he cannot take our return and for him to have a blessed day. The poor guy continued being rude and calling us one sided people. It shows his character and poor business manner.

Nearly 200 feet of fence, did it myself to compliment our new pool and save TONS of money. 8 tall cedar fence, and a lot of wrought iron, with some amazingly well done custom decorative iron vines and grape leaves. Automatic sliding gate for my driveway really opened up the space. If you are a do it yourselfer at all, these folks can help you get it done and have it look great. VERY good at planning, supplies. By doing it myself, and buying through them and tapping into their expertise, I estimate I saved over $11,000 compared to the quotes I got from contractors to do it turn key!! -Shawn

Fence Supply Inc. in Sunnyvale, TX is a great place to go when you need any kind of outdoor living product for your home, business, farm or ranch. The sales staff have been outstanding in answering all my questions and have been very personable and courteous. I needed new hinges and a latch for my gate and they made sure I also had the appropriate hardware and knew how to install it properly. When I need to purchase materials for a new cedar fence next year, they will be the first place I call!

This place is great! I had a bid for over $3,000 and with all the parts and pieces I bought the entire package for around $1300.00. They helped me understand how to measure, order and install the fence. I had a extra panel and wanted to switch for a different height panel and it was no problem. You will need some tools and follow directions fully but you can do it and have great results. It took me about 7 hours plus the time to let the concrete set. I am happy with the project...........
