My friend and I came and bought her a couch for her new space, and we left her car in the parking lot while we went and transported said couch. When we came back the gate was locked and her car was stuck behind the gate.. we started to panic, and didnt know how we were going to get her car out..we had to call the fire department who got ahold of the director, Celeste, who was so sweet and left dinner to come let us in. Just wanted to say thank you to these kind people for what they do. And say thank you to the director for being so understanding and stopping her evening to come help us out! Its nice to know that theres still good hearted people in the world.

My main complaint is their hours and more specifically, the days they are open. They are closed Sunday which is 50% of the available time most people have for home improvement projects. On top of that, the very next day when you might want to finish a project because you were unable to Sunday since the Mckinney Restore was closed, the Mckinney Restore is closed... Add to that their mysterious pricing structure and the Mckinney Restore ceases to be a viable option for many home improvement projects.

Pleasure doing business with these fine people every visit. I have zero issues searching for my goods and I understand its a necessary action with the volume they have at this store. I have been to 6 different restores through out the Dallas-Fort Worth, this one is by far one of the better

Odd older things can be found for good prices. Newer/lightly used things seem to be no more than 50% off brand new price (usually more like 30% off). Its hard to justify a bargain since none of these items come with a manufacture warranty. +1 Nice helpful staff.

Theyve really jacked up the prices on stuff here recently. Heavily used/damaged items are nearly the price of brand new items. The people are very friendly and helpful though.
