Both my wife Jana and I have had a wonderful experience at Menards in Fremont, NE. We purchased our kitchen cabinets from Stephen. He was awesome and very helpful. We went with the Medallion Cabinets and they turned out awesome. Few little tiny issues but nothing major and were addressed immediately by Stephen. Morgan over in the carpet & tile department was beyond helpful in our decision making. We purchased our carpet, padding as well as tile from her. They are both outstanding in customer service and knowledge and I will highly recommend them to anyone. GREAT JOB Stephen & Morgan!!

Over the weekend our dog ate the cord of the power supply to my Sonos. For anyone who has a Sonos, you know you live and die by it! The power supply I needed was no where to be found between Omaha or Fremont. Jeff in the electrical department was SO KIND and wired to two split ends back together for me! Yay Jeff, we had awesome music all weekend long. You saved it! I have been to the Menards in Fremont many times and have always been impressed with the excellent service, but this weekend you knocked my flip flops off! :) Thank you all!

Was working on a project to replace my entire plumbing system with PEX. The Fremont Menards store general manager is a wonderful woman who went out of her way to help us get the materials without having to go to another store. It meant my family didnt have to go without water in the middle of winter. Thanks!!

Every time I go there to return multiple items they usually short me on my return list. Henceforth I got to go back before I leave the store and point out their error. It happens all the time! If you return any items, check your return receipt to make sure you got credited for everything.

The employees of this Menards have been friendly, helpful, and curteous to me. The prices are comparable with Lowes and Home Depot, without the 30 plus mile drive into Omaha. It isnt a perfect store and there will be mistakes made, but I would recommend this store to a friend.

Im 8 months pregnant and they didnt bat an eye when I asked for help loading mulch. I hate asking for help, I feel like Im not handicapped or hurt but I know I need to be careful not to push myself to far. I appreciate the help.
