I purchased a table saw there. Opened the box and found it to be used. There was even sawdust inside of the box. So, someone used it, returned it, and they mustve placed right back on the shelf. I returned it and asked for refund. I asked at the return desk if it would be discarded or placed right back on the shelf and the woman said it would be returned to the shelf. I went there another time and was wanting to have a ceiling fan installed. There was a sign near the fans- "Ask a sales associate about having a fan installed in your home." I asked the first employee that walked by and was told to call 1-800-HomeDepot. I showed him the sign and his response "Call 1-800-HomeDepot" and he walked away. A glutton for punishment, I went to purchase bi-fold doors another time. Had to be picked from a very high shelf by some sort of manlift. Had to ask for help several times. The third time, I told the guy that I wasnt leaving, so they might want to get someone over to help. I think they thought if they just ignored me, they wouldnt have to retrieve the door. So...I started going to Lowes instead. I certainly hope the manager has been replaced...just really bad bad customer service and came across as totally ghetto.

I dont know what it is about this location, most other HD locations I go to have a decent staff and I have minimal problems with. For some reason at this location I can never find help when I need it or I am constantly being asked "Do you need anything" when I dont. My problem is not only with the staff but the customers at this location. I am nearly ran down in the parking lot by cars most times I dare walk from car to curb. Then I am about walked over while in the store by people that act as if I dont exist, or dont matter. I know that if I have a cart and someone is walking down the aisle, I will pull off to the side to get out of their way so we can both brows products. However customers at this location have an "I was here first" attitude about things. They will grab things you are looking at and even the people helping you if you dont pay attention. Watch out for rude and selfish people at this location.

A lot of the employees here are pretty stupid...Imagine Buckley from King of the Hill. Sometimes you get lucky and bump into someone who knows what theyre talking about, but the more I shop there for various projects Im working on around the house, the more I encounter dummies. Rather than admit if they dont know the answer to something, or where a product is, they just make up stuff it seems. Been sent to opposite ends of the store by different employees on a couple different occasions.

Like most people commented on here, this is probably one of the worst home depot. No wonder why its so dead, staff is very rude and not helpful. I honestly feel like I walked into a room full of zombies. No body cares about each other here. Asked a staff member for bathroom vents and suggested that I go to plumbing and ask someone over there. As he continues to play on his phone sitting down by the flooring station.

I purchased some concrete bags and paid for them, but when I took them to my car, a female clerk at the very end checkout counter just stopped me and asked me to show her my receipt. What mostly surprised me is that I am an Asian and so is she. Is it Home Depot s policy to check customers when they get out, even after having paid? I am a long time customer and such action has never happened to me before.

Awesome Sales, Good Prices Worst Loading Pick Up I have ever had to deal with. Over loaded what was supposed to be on 3 pallets onto 1 as much as they could. Then just threw the 10 left over bags on the ground. Basically overloaded 2300 lb on my 1 ton pickup, and refused to allow me to split them up on other pallets. Luckily I just had to drive around the corner from there to my destination.

I just spend over 25 minutes and five tries paging, to get loading help in the garden dept. for bags of landscaping rocks... if youre buying something heavy, better being your own lifting help. oh, Im still waiting by the way... 27 minutes now... @ 38 minutes trying to get loading help, the boss has ordered me to get back without the landscaping rocks...

It is conveniently located in area and easy to find, get in and out of, and has a nice selection of products. However, the quality of the lumber is very low considering how much theyre asking you to pay for each board. About 70% is badly cracked warped or #3 grade being sold at #1 or #2 prices. All Home Depot stores are getting this way with their lumber.

Prices lower than Lowes. When you can get help, its good help. Employees working checkout are nice and engaging. Good product selection in most areas. Can be difficult to find things at times. Aisles not always clearly marked. Room for improvement but I will continue to shop here as needed.

The kid in lumber couldnt identify whitewood or pine. He did not know what a stud was, and I found several products in the department he told me he didnt have. Really Home Depot? Really? I even asked him what department he was from and he was actually a lumber associate.

The woman who was working near the paint department didnt even acknowledge us, she was literally standing two feet away from my wife. After about 2 or 3 minutes she called another guy over to help us.

Worst phone system ever. I wanted to see if this store had a GU24 to E26 adapter in electrical but was unable to reach staff with the phone assistant. This is ridiculous! Time to go to Lowes.
