Traded in a car a while back. Salesman made me feel like a crook, because my trade-in needed a ring job. I think I told im about it. Lo and behold the car I got from them "has major electrical problems" according to a mechanic at Modica Brothers. The brake lights are dim and stay on all the time! At R&R they told me all I needed was a brake switch that fits under the dash. (30 bucks at Advance Auto). I can assure yall that the people at R&R DID NOT tell me about this problem!!!!! Who scammed who? I couldve been killed in a wreck in this "lemon" with defective brake lights! Just got back from Modica Brothers. I was talkin to the mechanic about repairin the "lemon" of a 12 Nissan Versa I got from R & R. He said the problem was so serious he couldnt tackle it. He also said that 12 Nissan Versas are known for that problem. THEY DEFINITELY DIDNT TELL ME THESE THINGS AT R&R! Ill let the BBB handle it under the "lemon law." I dont think this is a very friendly way to handle a disabled man!!!!!!! Just found out they entered a false odometer reading on my sales papers. I BELIEVE THATS ILLEGAL!!!!!!! Notified Nederland Police; DA; Justice Dept; NADA.

I called and talked with a salesman. He informed me that the truck I was looking at was still available and encouraged me to fill out and application. I had a few problems with it as it took me to the wrong site and I called back and the salesman got me to the right site online. About and hour later he called me back and said the finance guy was at lunch and would be calling me within and hour. I got called by the finance and he asked when I could come pick up the vehicle and I said the next morning. I arrived the next morning and the salesman greeted me at the door and my truck was there. I looked at the truck and while looking at the truck the manager and assistant manager came out and greeted me. They all looked at my trade and next thing I was in the finance manager office filling out paperwork. I was in and out in less than 3 hours. I had told the finance guy that I would be short on time and I was driving in from Austin. So they made sure the truck was ready for me when I arrived the next morning. it was a very good experience

bought the car on wednesday with the only problem being that the radio didnt work. later in the evening i go to turn on the heater and that doesnt work. we call r&r and of course the mechanic isnt in that day so we drop the car off to get fixed. its been 3 days and my car still isnt ready when it should have not had any problems in the first place. i will never buy or encourage others to buy from r&r.

i stopped by Ran R the other day, the salesman was out before i got stopped. i told him i was looking for a truck he said they don,t have any trucks cheap enough for me,,what the hell was wrong with him,just because i was wearing blue jeans and a t-shirt doesn,t mean i want a cheap truck..i will never go back there or recomend anybody else does...ignorant people

As for anyone with a bad review, I recommend researching any vehicle before buying as it will save you a headache in the long run. Over all I am pleased with the R&R sales group.
