I bought a used car from here a little over two months ago. Everyone was nice and the process wasnt a hassle as I had a full cash offer. They put over a grand into fixing it up before sale and were flexible on the sale price to fit in my budget. I understood the car is "as is" and no warranty. Everything went smooth until about the last month or so, when my car started having issues with starting. This prompted me to look back at the receipt they supplied me with the mechanics inspection sheet and all the fixes they made to the vehicle. It appeared the battery needed "urgent attention" during inspection and the receipt did not show anything was done to fix it. How can they spent over $1000 in repairs and neglect a simple battery that could cost around $100. Shrugged this off, went to have my battery checked anyway and it showed full charge and alternator in good condition. However, the connections to the battery were heavily corroded. Again, I understand the vehicle was sold "as is," however problem with starting the vehicle persisted and even got worse to now where I am not even able to start it. I got in touch with Ramsey in hopes they might be able to do a simple free diagnostic on it to see what needs to be done, since I purchased this car from them such a short time ago. We have a neighbor lady who says she bought a car from them in the past and there was an issue with hers. She contacted Ramsey and they assisted her with the help she requested, so I had high hopes they would offer a simple free diagnostic for me. However, I guess they are too cheap now to even do this. I have lost all respect for them now and will likely not be doing business with them in the future and will not be recommending anyone to go here for their car buying needs.

DONT BUY FROM HERE. Bought a used Grand Am from them. They gave us the Car Fax and the vehicle inspection done on the vehicle. It developed a coolant leak so we took it in to an auto repair place to have it diagnosed. Found out it had a salvage motor in it. The info was apparently painted on top of the motor. I called the used car manager to see what they would do to make it right since this important piece of information was not disclosed to us, and being that they did a full vehicle inspection they would have known that the motor was salvaged. The manager stated that they knowing sell vehicles with "replacement" motors, and the vehicle was sold as is. I would have been fine with the vehicle if the motor was truly a replacement that had been rebuilt, but it was "salvaged" from a junked car with who knows how many miles it had and how long the junked car had sat. I was only met with arrogance, and they obviously know that they are not fully disclosing info to people. I will never do business with Ramsey again, and for anyone else, STAY AWAY!!!

I went to Ramsey to trade in my car and buy a used one. They had a very clean Equinox that I was interested in. We drew up a purchase agreement, the salesman (Bill Hudash) and myself both signed this purchase agreement. I asked him to fax it over to my lender so I could get approved. His manager typed one up and sent it over to my lender that was $1000 more than I agreed to. When I called he said he wasnt wrong that I misunderstood. So I went in (and brought my father) to look at the purchase agreement and figure things out. Well, it turns out Bill was actually the one who added incorrectly on the purchase agreement. Ramsey would not acknowledge this nor would they honor a signed agreement so I went to Billion! They were great and so much nicer. I would not recommend Ramsey and especially not Bill Hudash. He was trying to screw a young female over until I brought in my dad. Thats really sad... But Billion was great! Highly recommended! And its right down the road!

Every night for over a week, I went to different dealerships and talked to a bunch of salesman to find the right car. We met Bill Hudash at Ramsey and he was not only one of the nicest sales people we dealt with, but he was one of the nicest guys Ive ever met. We found a 2009 Malibu that we really liked, and it was priced lower than anywhere else within a 75 miles radius. After test driving we knew we wanted to buy it. Cheryl did our financing and she was really nice too. She helped us a lot in the buying process and gave us some really good advice. I highly recommend Ramsey auto!!!

I had an excellent experience and thoroughly enjoyed working with JJ. He was helpful, fun and full of information. I dont think i have ever had a more enjoyable shopping experience. He has checked on me to make sure i was happy with my purchase after i had my car a few days. I walked in that night told JJ what i wanted and he did everything possible to make sure I got exactly what I wanted including a large cup of hot chocolate on that cold blustery night. No pressure to purchase after i kept him busy trying cars on for a couple hours. Thanks JJ...you are the best!

I had a manufacturers recall serviced here. They got the job done, but communication was lacking, and I just didnt feel like they were very welcoming. More like visiting a doctors office than a service company. They also didnt fully reassemble the trim pieces for the interior and just left them in my back seat (didnt mention it... I found them later). Would not go back if there were other choices for a Mazda service center.

Great experience. Straight and to the point. They kept me informed on each step of the process and what or why things were holding the process up. After the purchase they gave me a tour around the shop/lot so I know where my car is going and where I should go when my car needs an oil change/repairs. All salesmen and finance guys are super nice and willing to help out.

Tried buying a used Chevy Equinox from them. They agreed to a price and then jacked the price up a $1000. They argued with us that we were wrong and the purchase agreement signed by my daughter stated the agreed upon price. They gave the check back to my daughter and basically kicked us out. Went to Billion Auto and bought a better Equinox from them.

Ive purchased many vehicles in my life and never have I been treated as rude as JJ (Jeff) treated us today. Funny thing is in the past Ive purchased five brand new cars here! I wouldnt send my worst enemy here today. My daughter worked hard to save her money and JJ wouldnt budge on their price at all. Even spoke to her like she was a piece of crap...

We worked with Bill and he was amazing to work with! We dealt with other dealerships who were very high pressure. However, Bills goal was to inform and to make sure we got everything we asked for. We were also very happy with our purchase.
