I GOT A GREAT DEAL. I will probably be buying again very soon and would not hesitate a second to recommend Enterprise Car Sales Burnsville, and NIck Yu to family and friends. Probably not to enemies as I would not wish to make their car buying easier. :) Car buying is a real pain. Always has been. It is still a pain even if you are like me and good at negotiation. I used to make the 3 to 6 trips to the dealership. Pitting all dealerships against each other to make sure I got the best deal. Then they came out with the one price however if it is one price why is it that everyone ends up with different prices.. This brings me to my review and my point. NIck Yu was nothing but genuine from day one. I was my usual difficult, and high expectation customer. I worked with Nick it was nothing but smooth and easy. He explained everything, answered all my questions and did exactly as he said. He made good on each and every comment he made. Further there was zero hassle. I know people always say that.. however, there was truly zero hassle. Nick handled everything. Processes that took days with a dealership took minutes. When there was a problem which lets face it there always is. Nick made sure it was easiest for me the customer not him or the company. This held true through the entire transaction and even afterwards I ended up buying a beautiful Toyota Avelon xle, It had ton of power, beauty and class. Drove it for almost a week.. Then realized I would get way to many tickets with that car. So I exchanged it for my current car.. Again Nick went above and beyond making the transaction as painless as possible for me the Customer. Not only was Nick Yu great.. which he was. However so was the entire staff at Enterprise Car Sales.

I just recently bought a 2015 Hyundai Elantra at Enterprise Car Sales. I am a first time buyer and i have looked at a few dealerships but as far as the process didnt really know what to expect and wasnt very prepared. Jahi Bernard was our sales representative. He was so awesome and very patient. We came back several times to discuss financing and the car details with my mom and then my dad. Twice we stayed past closing time and he was still so great and really wanted to make sure we were happy and comfortable with the information and that our questions were all answered. Enterprise is amazing and I am so happy with my purchase and Jahi genuinely cared about what was in my best interest as a buyer and I appreciate that. After my last car buying experience with a different dealership I was dreading purchasing a new car, however that is not the experience I had here! I worked with Alex and Matt and they were both a pleasure to work with. I left feeling valued as a customer not just another sale. They took the time to get to know me and what I was looking for in a car and then made a couple suggestions which I test drove and then helped me weigh the pros and cons to both and led to pick the car that was best for me. I am so happy with my new car and the great experience I had. I will defiantly be back next time Im in the market for a new car and will not hesitate to refer any friends or family In the market for a new vehicle to Enterprise Car Sales! Very pleased with my experience purchasing a 2014 Kia Forte. When visiting Car Sales, was unsure what would fit my price range. Hoping, maybe a Toyota Corolla would fit. First person I met was Account Executive, Katrina Caldwell. Katrina represented herself personable. Felt this was her true self, nothing staged. A person who enjoys helping others. Katrina assisted me in deciding to view the Kia Forte that was onsite, seems the Corolla was out of my price range. Took a test drive, thus, liked the Forte. Needed Financing. Went through the assistance of Josh Petermann who, also, is helpful. The process of deciding my vehicle, financing and unloading my old 1998 vehicle took approximately 2 hours. Would recommend visiting Car Sales to anyone looking for a vehicle.

So these are my thoughts or comments. Working with both mike and natalie was a very pleasant and positive experience . mike for his phone conversations making sure everything was in place before I went to dealership and Natalie for her knowledge and patience for showing me different vehicles and answering even my crazy questions and both of them making sure I was happy and satisfied with what I was purchasing. Things moved along quickly once vehicle was decided upon. I felt like a VIP but I know that they treat all their customers with this type of respect. I would highly recommend using enterprise to anyone and most of would be proud to share mike and natalies name to any of my friends or family. Thank you guys very much..

We had the best experience at Enterprise car sales! We worked with Alexandra and she was amazing. She took the time to listen to what we wanted in our new car and also took the time to research different locations to track down what we wanted. She stayed in constant communication with us throughout the whole process and we had a new car within a couple of days! Although we had a small issue with the Bluetooth connection, they took care of us. We dropped off our car for them to take to the dealership to get fixed, and they supplied us with a nice rental car for a couple of days. This whole process was also very smooth with no issues or complaints. We will definitely be buying our next car here in the near future!

We had an excellent experience with Mark at the Burnsville Enterprise. We came in without an appointment but they were still able to help us out within a few minutes. Mark took the time to help us decide what we were looking for in a vehicle, explained the process, took a few test drives and within 24 hours we had a new vehicle. We noticed a couple scratches on the back bumper and Mark willingly said that he would paint them before we were back from the loan office. Our experience at Enterprise was great. Since my wife rents from Enterprise quite often, we were aware of the product. Katrina C., our sales person, was knowledgeable and allowed us the time to make a decision without being pushy. We did not pick up our car until the end of the week and Katrina came in on her day off to complete the closing which was very organized. She has also called since our purchase as a follow up which has never happened with us from other dealers. We appreciate her dedication and caring for the customer. When we need another car we will go back.
