On January 25th I lost the one key I had to my car. The next morning I had my car towed to Orr Nissan so that they could cut and program two new keys for me. After being there for about twenty minutes they explain to me that they are out of blank keys...Im not sure how a dealership can be out of blank keys, but they told me that they would order the keys and they would be in on Wednesday - two days later. So I am of a car for two days because they dont keep blank keys in stock. Fast forward to Wednesday... I get a call from Kevin saying that only one key arrived. The other key was "cross-shipped"...whatever that means. He asks if I want them to wait on the other key...NO! I need my car! Later that day I go pick my key up. Apparently they didnt program it, because they didnt want to program two keys two separate times. Again, this is their fault so they should have programmed it. Instead he tells me I need to come back once the other key arrives to have them programmed at the same time. Also, the person who programs keys only works every other Saturday apparently. I cant take off work to come during the week because Ive already missed work due to their mishap. So I have to wait two Saturdays to bring the car in. I bring the car in on Saturday, two weeks later and go to the Parts Dept. and guess what....They cant find the key!! The man working in parts says it was shipped but cant find it. He calls Kevin, the man I have been corresponding with, and Kevin says he doesnt know either. Another wasted trip!!! I have to wait another week for them to find my key, then bring my car BACK up there so they can program the keys. It took from January 28th to February 14th for this place to cut and program TWO keys for me. Not to mention the customer service was horrible. Not once did anyone try to offer me a discount or anything for my trouble. I had to make four separate trips to this place because of their incompetence and no one ever offered me a thing for it.. I have already told many people this story and will continue to do so. This isnt the first problem I have had with Orr Nissan. As soon as I am able I will be selling my Nissan and switching to another make. Avoid this place!!

As a teacher, I have come to realize how important quality, service, and affordability are when choosing a business with which to patron. As a consumer, I have found Orr Nissan South to excell in all the above mentioned characteristics. In the last 10 years, I have purchased 10 new vehicles from Orr NIssan South. My wife has driven Nissans since she received her license in 1994. Prior to meeting her in 1998, I primarily stuck to American vehicles: Ford, Chevrolet, and Dodge. She talked me into buying a Nissan for myself when I purchased her a new Nissan in 1999. I have been nothing but pleased since. As far as the dealership goes, Orr Nissan South will do everything in their power to make you happy. The salespersons, as well as the management, go out of their way to make sure you get a high quality vehicle at a competitive price. The service department, should you ever have to use them, are knowledgable and honest. The sales team exhibits a new level of competent knowledge when it comes to their products and the company itself. I am completely pleased with the latest set of transactions ( I bought a new Altima for my wife, and a Titan for myself) and fully recommend that anyone in the market for a new or used car visit Orr Nissan South and let them make you as happy as they have made me for the last decade. I also recommend asking for a man by the name of Ty Taylor when you get there. This sales representative was, by far, the most helpful and knowledgable of any salesperson I have ever met. Actually, salesperson is grossly inaccurate. I should use the terminology: great guy that happens to sell cars. Charles Booth Bossier City, La.

The sales portion of my experience was good and Tim Beaver was wonderful to work with. My husband and I gave him a number we were comfortable with for a monthly payment and he made it work. The finance portion of my experience was a whole different story and Im still dealing with the mistakes that were made a month after my purchase. The thing that bothered me the most during the entire process was that even after we explained to sales and finance this was my vehicle, they continually spoke to my husband and directed questions to him, even though I was sitting right next to him. It made me feel as though I was the lowly woman unequal to the "men". I used my 09 Honda Civic as a down payment towards my 2013 Nissan Rogue and Orr agreed to pay the balance left on the loan. They instructed me on more than one occasion not to make the payment due that month, even though I was hesitant to not make the payment. I should have! They took way too long to send the check in and as a result, my payment for September was 10 days late. I ended up having to make the payment until the check was processed to avoid any late fees or penalties. The next thing that has gone wrong is now I find out that the title clerk sent the paperwork for my new vehicle to the state Im having my car registered in (Florida, we are military) with my husbands name listed as primary, which is causing the payment I sent to be short $30. Im currently waiting on a resolution for this, but am very annoyed and frustrated that Im having to go through this. I love my new car, but will never deal with Orr Nissan South for a vehicle purchase again.

My wife and i wanted to go car shopping since my car was getting to small for 2 kids. We stopped here first (Elkins nissan) and looked around a saleswoman came out and introduced her self, we pointed out 3 cars we likes and wanted price. She pretty much forced us in the dealership and sat me down and asked me for all my information: name, address, phone, work #, how long i lived there, how long i worked at my job... then she asked for my SS. Now remember all i wanted was some prices, she claimed this was to get me in to the special sales event for the day. i explained i wanted nothing with that sale all i wanted were some prices. She got her manager out (all this because i wont give out my SS #) and he told me that they are having this super sale and that they need my SS so the banks can give me the best offer. i told him no, i finance through my own bank and i didnt need their banks... and that i just wanted a price. this went on for 30 mins ( i dont know why i just didnt leave). after 30 mins i didnt get my prices and they didnt get my SS. what makes me angry is that they were trying to sneak a credit check out of me with out me knowing... these are bad people. To finish this story i went to Toyota across the street, the prices are on the windows and they leave the car doors unlocked so you can look around without the hassle of a dealer. I had to find them to help me which i didnt mind. Sad this is im a die hard Nissan fan/owner and that day i bought a Toyota...If you want a Nissan go to ORR.
