(Summary is at the bottom if you want to skip the fine details). I was very dissatisfied with my service here. I had called my salesmen a couple of times, and sent a couple of texts about setting up a day to go test drive the car, the day i went to test drive it he was already a little too pushy with me. He cut my drive very short (probably a mile and a half total trip), and kept trying to rush me when I was inspecting the outside of the car. When we got inside he immediately started filling out paperwork for me to purchase even though we had decided I was only test driving it that day. I liked the car enough to pursue purchasing it though so I let him proceed. After giving him my check stubs and all necessary information he asked me to sign a paper saying they could contact lenders for offers. This was my first experience buying a car so I was just going with the flow. To my surprise as soon as I filled those papers out he ran my credit and started getting offers in. The problem is he did this BEFORE asking me what my down payment was, BEFORE asking me how long I wanted to finance, BEFORE asking me how much I could afford a month. he essentially filled out all the information how he assumed it would look. When the offers came back saying I needed a down payment that was larger than I had anticipated, or that my monthly note was over budget and I confronted him about his shady tactics he got very defensive, and almost insulting, telling me this is just how he sells cars and all that business. Needless to say I wont be going back there for anything. My salesman was Tony Renfroe (Summary) 1. He rushed me when I was trying to visually inspect the car 2. He attempted to force me into purchasing that day, even though that was not what was discussed 3. he ran my credit and attempted to get offers from lenders without finding out what I could afford, what my down payment would be, and how long I was looking to finance for 4. he got defensive and borderline rude when I told him I was leaving, and that his shady strong arm sales tactics wouldnt work on me.

I have purchashed two certified pre owned Ford vehicles through Granger. The first was a 2011 Ford F150 supercrew in early 2015. The buying experience and vehicle were great. Now November 2016 I went back and purchased a 2012 Ford Explorer from the certified pre owned lot. Got talked into buying it saying vehicle went through 172 point inspection and was supposed to be flawless. Upon me pointing out battery was swollen and factory Motorcraft battery from 2012 I was assured it passed their world class certification procedure. After owning vehicle less than 3 days the battery failed leaving my fiance and daughter stranded, found the front rotors to be severely warped to the point of being a safety hazard at highway speeds. In additon to vehicle cutting out and losing power almost causing us to get in a accident along with rough idle. Pulled intake tube off vehicle whole intake and MAP sensor coated in liquid engine oil due to stopped up pcv system and failed canister purge valve. Cleaned out pvc and intake drove to dealer to have warranty cover repair, they took vehicle in repaired nothing just clearing trouble codes. Check engine light back on next day same problem.. What a surprise! Returned vehicle to service dept. Said they found a minor electrical problem got vehicle back check engine light back on before getting home. Was once a solid Granger customer spending over $60,000 with them but think I will be taking my business elsewhere now. If this is what they are calling a world class experience their morals are crumbling. Sales people are friendly but service dept will not own up to their mistakes. Beware on pre-owned and thoroughly inspect vehicle even with the Certified decal.

Well, after finding a 2010,Dodge 2500 priced for $22,897.....on a web-site one night, I woke next morning made a call to the dealer letting them know I was driving in from DeRidder,La. Which I spoke to ( Troy Renfro) which said truck was there to come on and ask for him when I get there...so I get to dealer and meet with (Troy) and he said give him a few to find truck, after a brief wait they found truck, we looked it over and made a test drive, at which time I found 1inch of water under back seat driver side and showed him Still not a deal breaker...went in (Troy) office to discuss a deal @ this time we spoke money!! After some time we made a deal of 21,000 cash! I pay my taxes and he pay to FIX window or Leak!!!! We shook hands and he said trucks yours!! We started signing papers and half through he STOPPED AND SAID he could not fix Leak.... Could cost too MUCH, that his service guy did not know the cost of the repair!!!! I was like WOW!! With that being said I got my paper work and left! They did not care we had a deal or the fact I drove 1 1/2 hrs to buy a truck from them!!!! With this being said I would not buy a lug nut from them or refer them to anyone I come in contact with. Im just an Oilfeild hand where we still us respect and trust!! I hope this will help someone.... Mr.Franklin From DeRidder,La.

Bought my 2008 Nissian Tittian & paid cash for it. After buying it 8 different things was wrong with it. Also had to bring it backbup there the day i bought it cause 2 ofmy sensors was flashing. So i had to bring it up there next day for them to look at it. So i did. But by the next day it went from 2 things to 8 things wrong. 2 sensors was flashing, a spring broke, back left window got stuck down & i almost didnt get it back up, back left tail light was bustes & reverse light didnt work, my front right floor matt stopper wasnt connected to the carpet, they didnt give me a key to the bed cover, back left door wasnt all the was attached. So they said bring it in in 6 days & we will fix all the problems. So i did. It spent 2 days in the shop & only thing that got fixed was a little spring for my sunglassed holder, door pannel & one of my sensors got plugged back in. It took 2 days to get 30 minutes of work done. Also a quarter tank of gas they waisted. Im so upset its nit even funny. So now i got to bring it back up there this morning. All them things should have been already done before they sold the truck to me or anyone else.

Sent granger an email about a Camaro I was interested in and got the generated email. Then after a little time I got a email from Caleb and then asked about some information concerning the Camaro and again got the automated email. after a couple times Caleb responded to me and asked for me to call him. After a few more automated emails I got a response from Ms. Jones and asked if there was anything she could do I explained to her that customer service from Caleb would be nice. She then stated I had not responded to any emails from Caleb explained I had given him my phone number and asked him to call me. She out right called me a liar saying she has access to his emails and I did no such thing after forwarding her my email to him I longer got any messages from granger so be careful and use extreme caution when approaching this place. I would contact the owner but dont care enough to.
